Poor experience. We booked online and no cars were available upon arrival. We sat in the lobby for a while trying to find alternatives. The attendant wasn't helpful at all - actually couldn't care less that we didn't have a car available or that we were struggling to find transportation.

I always had great experience with the rental agency except the last time. I had a confirmation for a reservation I done few days earlier, and I went to pick up the rental car, and the agency’s employee told me there was no confirmation. I showed him the confirmation but he said to call the website for misleading.

I wish I didn't have to give this 1 star. My experience was horrible. They did not have a vehicle for me, and they did not have one for me when I showed up. After spending several hours at the office, They told me they were getting my car ready for me. I finally walked around to the back and the car was sitting there dirty and with writing all over the windows. I called them out and told them they had been lying to me and was told they were too busy to take care of it. I did not get my car that afternoon and had to pick it up the next day. I had out of town meetings the next day for work and had to reschedule them all to the following week. I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. There are plenty of other places to rent cars from in town!

Made reservations with Hertz today for 3:30pm to pick up a car. When we arrived at Hertz I was told you have to make reservations two days in advance in order to get a rental car with a debit card. I told them we no longer have a major credit card due to the high interest rates. I told them we could give them $5,000.00 cash too rent us the car so we could get our car repaired. She Informed us that a credit check would be required prior to rental.
We called Enterprise and were told that it wouldn’t be a problem at all to use a debit card as longs as they could hold $500. We arrived at Enterprise and was greeted at the front door with a smile and a handshake. I would never rent from Hertz they’re overpriced and not very polite. Enterprise gets six stars if you asked me!

2nd time I come to this location. First time 3 months ago spend 20 minutes waiting for them to tell me they had 0 cars available. Which was a horrible experience. Today I gave this place another shot. Wasted my time again. The manager was not to helpful she was trying to put me on a electric vehicle had other options but she was not being to open to find a solution for a customer. Customer service is everything and this place doesn’t represent that.
