2nd time I come to this location. First time 3 months ago spend 20 minutes waiting for them to tell me they had 0 cars available. Which was a horrible experience. Today I gave this place another shot. Wasted my time again. The manager was not to helpful she was trying to put me on a electric vehicle had other options but she was not being to open to find a solution for a customer. Customer service is everything and this place doesn’t represent that.

Would not honor the Mgr Special due to using a virtual card as opposed to physical when making the reservation on the internet. Hertz entire fleet is now electric, so there is no choice but an electric car. On turn in no one in the office initially, then the first person literally walks through without acknowledgment. The second person came out after a total wait time of 20 minutes to ask if I had been helped.

Horrible customer service! The front desk lady was very rude and had a horrible attitude. She was not wanting to help us with our rental. Will not ever go there.

Having to spend money on a rental car is never fun, but my current car wouldn't make it to Avila Beach and so I decided to rent. I originally was going to get a Toyota but upgraded to a Tesla because it was available, and this is our honeymoon trip. I enjoyed the car so much, and the lady at the front was super kind and helpful. She had a great personality and was enjoyable to talk with. I have to return the car today and I'm sad because I enjoyed it so much lol. It definitely has encouraged me to work harder and save up. Thank you Hertz for the good service! I noticed some of the other reviews are low or 1 star but my experience was nothing but easy.

Do not rent from this location, horrible customer service. Rented a vehicle for 8am, that would seat 5 and was told they don't have the vehicle and it would be a few hours.Why are you renting cars you don't have????

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! Went online and made a reservation last night, went to pick up the car today and told they don't take debit cards! No mention of that on there website, AND the website accepted my card! Then to make matters worse had to go back online to cancel...then their website wouldn't accept the reservation cancellation! So I couldn't cxl in person or online!!! Had to call corporate to cancel!! I will NEVER USE HERTZ AGAIN AND WILL DEFINITELY SPREAD THE WORD! Huge inconvenience! P.S. while holding with corporate recording says they take debit cards !

Booked through my fleet car division with work. Had to wait a little while as there was only one representative at this location. Having said that, she hooked me up with a luxury SUV. Very nice!

Very unappreciative rude and not helpful and friendly old lady in the reception. No consideration and very unpleasant. I'm so dissatisfied with Hertz.

Rented a car in May for trip to SF. Had a blowout at the Oakland Bay Bridge. AAA towing towed the car to a AAA approved tire shop. Had the tire replaced, which Hertz told me I had to pay. Upon inspection of the car, and knowing that I would be driving back to Fresno, the tire company told me, "All tires are below 2/32. They need to be replaced as soon as possible. The tires are not safe to be used on a rental." Do not drive the car with these tires. Exchanged the car in SF, and had a safe trip home. Checking with Hertz, was told because of the condition of the tires, I would be reimbursed for the cost of the tire. Now, a month later, still no reimbursement for the tire and no return calls from the store or area manager. Wish I had read these reviews. Stay away from this Clovis store, bad news.
