We have stayed here a number of times. It is easy to locate right off the 99 freeway. Overall, it has good service with polite people. Nice breakfast selection. Close to restaurants.

Near the airport, friendly staff, great breakfast. Couldn't ask for more. They even made coffee extra early for our early flight!

The staff here is very friendly and helpful, the pool was very nice. Rooms were clean and modern. My only complaint is the breakfast 5/10 stars on that one. Would definitely stay here again.

I love to stay at holiday in at there colvis location very good rates for me and my employees. Plus leslie is very friendly. And when I finish work she makes me a fresh pot of coffee .

Had a great trip. Stayed during the Rodeo. Was helped by Leslie. She really made us feel comfortable and at home. Made the checking in process so easy. Great service, great breakfast.

The personal are very friendly and attentive. We are very impressed of how clean and organized the Holiday Inn Express is. We will stay in Holiday Inn more often. Outside appearance is very welcoming.

I usually stay here for business. The first room the a/c made horrible rattle noise. Got moved to another room. Thought it was great till I went to shower. Turned on hot water and it barely came out not even enough pressure to turn the shower on. Told front desk and they would tell maintenance. Still after three days no hot water pressure. For the money stay somewhere else.

Great smaller hotel in Fresno. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms exceptionally clean. Dove toiletry and shower products provided. Beds very comfortable as well as pillows. Great night sleep and nice and quiet. Free breakfast provided each morning. Pool and hot tub outside. Self service laundry. One of the nicest stays I have had anywhere!!

Friendly staff, typical Holiday Inn Express quality. Spotless rooms. Our only issue was traffic noise from Shaw Ave. Highly recommend.

For my reference.
Fine hotel for 100 bucks. Beds are 4/10 but passable.
Rooms were very clean but need some repairs/updates.
Close to the college, 6 min, sierra vista maybe 10.
breakfast was really poor with sausage being served over bacon 3 days in a row, everything was mid temperature at best. Biscuits when cooked right were restaurant quality. Joint across the street has the 8 wings, fries, and a drink for 10 bucks. This hotel charges 8 dollars for a bottle of water. Do not book near 217 or 317, they are next to the elevator and pool. Ask for end of row. Front of house was mediocre but accommodated early checkin by one hour. Entire 3rd floor and room had a smell of ozone, or some type of chemical. It never went away over 4 days.
