Awesome place with knowledgeable people. They were willing to help me out and answer questions without making me feel like an idiot because I'm still new to archery. I have been there a few times now and will continue to use them as my archery shop.

Brian is extremely knowledgeable. He is also a perfectionist which works great for me because I know any work he does on my bows will be the same work he does on his. The lessons that they hold on Saturday mornings are an amazing way to learn more about shooting. My son started working with Lexi and now he constantly ask to go shoot with me. Amazing all around experience every time.

Alexis is a great teacher. I took a starter lesson for $20 and was able to get everything I needed to start for under $200. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend.

Walked in with money burning a hole in my pocket ready to buy a new bow. I had been shooting a Hoyt I bought there in 2006 from previous owners so it was definitely time to upgrade. There were 3 staff members, only one of them was actually doing something on a bow. The rest were all just chatting it up about nothing of consequence. I wasn’t even acknowledged in 10 minutes that I was there, not even a simple greeting or “we’ll be with you soon”. I don’t know how a business can operate with such a lack of customer service let alone stay open. There needs to be extreme fundamental changes in their conduct. Impact is a black cloud on the world of Archery.

My Granddaughter and I are new to archery, and have gotten off to a great start, thanks to Alexis and Brian. Alexis makes practice so much fun, my granddaughter said to me "Pop Pop, this is my favorite day of the week!". Also, I cannot say enough good things about the help Brian has given with the purchase and set up of my new bow. I highly recommend Impact archery!

It can feel intimidating to walk in but the owners genuinely live the sport of archery and are more than happy to help newcomers find their footing

Came with my daughter to get her new bow calibrated for her. Impact Archery is a family owned and operated business. They were very friendly, helpful and extremely fair in their pricing. They offer usage of their range at a daily rate or a discounted monthly rate.Lots of equipment to choose from it you need to buy anything including targets.

Poor customer service. I went in planning on buying a bow. However, the guy was so condescending and rude that I didn't even bother. I'll spend my money elsewhere and I suggest others do as well.

Bought my first bow from Impact. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in every way. They have a nice indoor range. Be careful archery can be addicting.

Brian is rude on the phone and even worse in person. He talks down to his customer and if you didn’t buy it from him then it’s junk. I had him tie my peep and set my cam timing and he moved my rest but didn’t bother to check alignment. I went home and it shot all over the place when I took it back he said there was nothing wrong with it. It took a lot of convincing for him to finally admit the rest was out of alignment. I Should of just fixed it myself but thought since he worked on it he should fix it, he disagreed. If you had a good experience here go back a couple times and I doubt you will feel the same way. Brian should not interact with the public I’ve met alligators with better people skills.

The staff is very rude. Showed up a few minutes late for a lesson and got a lecture about being on time. The guy at the store could have just told me the class was full. I bought arrows from here before and they were junk and fell apart after using them.
