I was not at all happy with the service this time around. The lady that helped me did not seem like an expert at all. The 1st return she quoted me was three something. When she seen my reaction, she said let me make sure I did it right. I don't know what she did but she came out with a new quote of eight something. I asked for the money now and was given an American Express card. It's not really the same day if you have to wait for the card to come in the mail. And I just learned that could have entered a sweepstake for Double Your Refund and she didn't tell me anything about it. I don't think I will be returning next year.

I've filled my taxes with Jackson Hewitt for the past 4 years now . It feels good to know that I picked the best place to get my taxes done, because they really do maximize everything to get you the money you worked for. Thank you JH.

The services provided by Laura Cano was precise and excellent. What I dont like about their services is that they try to loan you your own money and charge me for it and then denied me because of my credit score on my own money.

Truly enjoyed our guy Anthony.. He was patient and explained everything so we understood...he left no questions unanswered. Left feeling great even when I owed... Returned with a new client and received my $40 return... Excited about that...lol

Nancy was awesome! Nancy was very professional and explained everything she was doing in a way that I could understand. Too bad you can’t clone Nancy- she was so down to earth, carried on a great conversation and did my taxes without skipping a beat! I was in and out of her little area before I knew it! By the way- my refund amount was exactly what I expected...time to go shopping now!
