It was a nice experience, although small embellishments were pretty much picked over. There is a lot of fabric to be bought, I'm sorry I have no idea on the prices.

Went there for something you would expect to find at a fabric store, left with that, something floral, a pretty door mat & a cold drink!

This was a wonderful store. Tons of fabrics. Great coupons in the app. I want to publicly say thank you to Charles, he was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! My husband grew up in a yardage store and both he and his mother commented on the fact that Charles is the only person they have run into that cuts fabric correctly!!!!

Store was a mess with a lot of empty shelves. Didn't catch the name of the girl that checked us out, but she was so rude it was embarrassing! Will never go to this store again.

This store is constantly out of inventory. Don't try ordering online for pickup either because they'll tell you they have it in stock but when you go to pick it up they tell you they don't have it after all. Not even an apology. The staff are nice enough but mostly clueless. I feel bad for them because it seems the store is chronically understaffed. Super long slow lines at checkout and usually only one cashier. Unfortunately they're the only game in town so there's no incentive to get better.

This place is soo trashed and and hazardous the workers are soo rude and ignorant kimini needs a new attitude with the way she talks to customers not only that I was at the counter for about 10 min before any one came to the front and when they did come she big back refused to help me

I placed an order online for 4 items to pick up via curbside at 2pm. I called this location at 5:45pm regarding the status of my order where I was greeted with a reluctant attitude by a joanns employee. I asked if my order was ready and she said no that I have to come tomorrow. I was frustrated given that I received a notification that my order would be ready for pickup 2hr after placing the order, so I thought 4 hours was plenty enough time to get it together. Since it wasn’t ready, and I needed the items for a gift tonight, I asked if I can just come to the store and grab everything myself. With a huff and a puff by the store employee, she said “well we close in 15 min”. So I drove to the Clovis location and arrived at 5:53pm & I was able to gather all 4 items in under 5 min. Although I was able to get my items tonight, I am beyond frustrated that I had to get it myself when I placed the order plenty of time in advance for pickup. I also did not appreciate the attitude of the employee I spoke with over the phone.

Charles was EXTREMELY helpful for me in my recent visit. Charles leds me around the store, helping me find the supplies I needed for my art class. Charles gave me very helpful advice and led me to buy multiple items that I hadn't even originally intended to buy, but they were on my list, and Charles helped me find them with ease. Made me feel relaxed in my decision to buy from this store, and made it feel like a wonderful shopping experience.

Great place for home crafts, parking at Fresno store is often crowded, Clovis store keeps their stock much neater.8/11/23 continues to be a nice store although checkout took a long time today with only one register manned.
