I am very upset with the service we received today at Sierra vista Mall location.
The lady working at the store was so busy talking with the mall security that she never asked us if we needed any help finding what we needed. Horrible service maybe she is being paid to talk with mall security rather than helping her customers. People like that should not be allowed to have a job.
Poor customer care .

Every time I go in for my cute heels ❤️ the sales associates are very hard working, very respectful, patient and makes sure to attend every single customer even when their store gets busy.10/10 for these hard working ladies.

Excellent service! The staff is always very friendly and attentive. Sometimes they are very busy but they still try to help. It is a matter of being patient too. They also have a wide variety of shoes. Cute and economical. :)

Horrible Experience this store will not stand by a defective product of there's. We don't all have time to come in to there store to return something immediately. Especially when my daughter injured her ankle because of this defective merchandise. BUYER BEWARE!!! READ FINE PRINT. Shoes where worn once for about 2 hrs before the heel came off.

I love these shoe stores because they have so many locations and their prices are amazing. So many different styles to choose from. However, they have the WORST customer service skills. They hardly ever ask you if you need anything and I don’t think I have ever been to a location where the girls weren’t on speaker phone talking trash on a coworker. All these girls need a lesson on customer service.

I have never left a review for a store before. But I am very upset over this stores return policy. I bought 2 pair of shoes here for a wedding knowing I would return the pair I decided not to wear. The store was running a buy one get one 50% off. I know they only give store credit or exchange so I did this anticipating I would just return the unworn pair for a more casual shoe I know I would wear. When I went to exchange the lady told me because I got the shoe 50% off, it was final sale and they cannot do anything for me. No store credit. No exchange. So had I returned the more expensive pair they would’ve exchanged it. Upset the initial associate did not explain to me that the cheaper shoe was final. As usually when they explain the policy they only reiterate that that they only do store credit or exchanges within 7 days on unworn shoes. Must I add this was not an out of style shoe, a last chance shoe, or special discounted shoe of any sort. Someone make this make sense. I shop here often, but that will be the last time.

My GF came out empty handed. Said she was going to buy a pair of shoes but the sales girl ignored her attempt to get her attention as she was too busy on snap chat with her friends talking about going out tonight.Gave as extra star because the store looked nice from the outside.

Very poor material not even 4 days of use and this is what happen . I spoke to manager she didn't even want to try to make things right. What made me furious,i know the receipt says 7 day policy but that is if you don't want them but it doesn't the factory and workmanship of the warranty.very poor service and professionalism.Not to mention this is a place where i recommended my family to buy but NO MORE!!!!!!!!!!!! They won't be going there no more among my friends.

The stars are because the shoes are cute. I waited about 10 minutes before any employee came out. I think the employees were messing around in the back if you know what I mean.

Sell fake jansport bags and various items, very rude employees also, avoid store at all costs!!
