I took a vehicle in to get it four-wheel aligned it took a little over an hour which wasn't bad I waited so I went and got something to eat for breakfast because it's in downtown Clovis and very close to establishments where you can do that. When I got back it was pretty much done and I got a bill that was a little less than what I was quoted which was very nice.

The owner is super nice its just they had my car for 2 days and claimed i had no leak mind you i told them what the problem was and the younger dude with the beard said there was no leaks i know there was a leak because i did the transmission and all it needed was a seal for the cv axel anyways he made up excuses like he wasn't going to get paid and i rather take my business elsewhere with workers like that

Mac's did me great!!!! My daughter's car needed repair and the local dealership wanted over 2,000 to fix the car. Went to Mac's and it was only 140 to fix the problem. What the dealership said what was wrong wasn't even that it was something totally different. Thank You for taking care of me.

Great customer service! Thought I needed a plug but turns out screw didn't punctured all the way in. They made sure tire wasn't leaking and sent me in my way.

Absolutely horrendous service. Called to schedule an alignment at 11am. The manager said they were busy but scheduled me for 3:30pm. I arrived at 3:25pm and was told "I can't do any more alignments today, we're too busy". When I told them I was specifically told to come at 3:30 and my name was taken down, the manager just shrugged his shoulders and said they couldn't do it. No apology. No suggested alternative. Nothing. Just brushed me off nonchalantly with zero care. Needless to say I, nor anyone I know, will ever visit that place again.

The customer service is good. It just sucks that when I got an Alignment it was still moving the left while driving. Had to get an alignment somewhere else

Great service and support! I travel regularly from SoCal to Fresno to visit family and after a long trip, I found I had a flat tire. I was desperate and helpless. I was referred by friends to Mac’s and was not disappointed. Despite being a walk-in, and seeing that they were extremely busy, Matthew helped me, and provided his time to immediately check the tire and determine it could be fixed. He repaired it, and within just a few hours, I went from completely overwhelmed to extremely grateful. They made the experience easy. Just as someone recommended Mac’s to me, I will be sure to pass forward the recommendation.
