The business was well run by John, the previous owner, but the new owner Vanessa, who just recently bought it at the beginning of June, has absolutely no clue what she is doing. Mainly because she’s never there and has her 22 year old personal assistant running the place. She owns multiple businesses, some of which are out of state, and as a result she’s never really at any of them and just has people below her running them. She fires long time full time employees over the phone or through text and has her part time employees from other businesses or family members have the position instead. If you’re looking to do business here, I’d suggest looking elsewhere now because this place used to be about customer service but now it’s only going to be about the bottom line and how much money they can take you for. The culture is just different under the new owner. You used to be able to get greeted at the door if you were a regular customer or, if you had a PMB there, have your packages ready at the register already because the employee saw you walking towards the door and recognized you. Now though, there’s a new face every time you walk through the door and they don’t really want to converse with you because they’re just there for the money. I’d be especially careful doing DMV or livescan transactions here now that the previous owner is no longer running it as well. The new owner got rid of the old employees who actually knew what they were doing and how to do the transactions and these new employees have no clue how to do any of them at all. This wouldn’t have been a problem with John because he was always there to help but that’s not the case anymore. The new owner has young people running the place that are too scared to ask for help or say they don’t know how to do something out of fear that they’ll lose their job and that only hurts the customer. If they screw up on something DMV related, it could cause you even more problems than you had going in. The same can be said for Livescans if you’re waiting for your background check to go through and they screw it up on their end, it could take even longer. When the old employees were still there, just a couple days ago, these newer employees still had to be walked through entire shipping or mailing transactions even though they’d been there for a couple weeks already! So I’d be wary about letting them handle my packages or mail, especially since it’s all about the bottom line now and not the customer service. This new owner also owns the nearby restaurant Ten Tavern too, as well as a Meineke Car Care service on Herndon and Blackstone. I was told that she’s bought about 10 businesses over the past 3 months so I’d avoid anything she owns like the plague if I were you and especially if you like to avoid problems because there’s just something fishy going on.

Had to get something in the mail that day and Mail Run advertises as open until 6:00pm. I went to mail my package at 4:20 and they were closed. Please correct you hours of operation. I wasted time, money and gas to come to your closed store.

I transferred registration from NE to CA here. They completed my VIN verification, CA registration, and plate services in one visit! Best part, no long DMV lines! Be sure you got your paperwork, and they take care of pretty much everything else!

I've been here on several different occassions to complete LiveScan fingerprinting. The previous times (about a year ago) went smoothly and the employee that helped me was very sweet. Today I walked in and was met with disappointing customer service ? Young woman with curly hair just looked at me like she wished I hadn't walked into the store. I asked her a simple question (Is anyone able to do fingerprinting today?) and she just looked at me chewing her gum with her mouth open and told me that "my Livescan stops at 5:30" (Something I wasn’t aware of). I said "Oh, okay", and she just looked at me and said "Yeah." She looked and sounded SO annoyed to engage in a ten-second interaction. Thanks lady, it was a simple question. Normally I would just return the next day before 5:30, but I won't be returning due to this unnecessarily uncomfortable and condescending interaction. ?

Incredibly rude behavior by Patti Rivera and another lady in the store on May 26, 2022. Probably both of them have never seen or interacted with a person from a different culture; I felt that their behavior was rude, condescending and culturally insensitive. If it wasn't for the time sensitive nature of my work, I would have never walked into that store. Pretty sad; get some diversity training!!!!!

I went in to do a live scan. I've done this before at other locations and they usually let the customers look over what the employee inputs to make sure there are no typos or mistakes. My live scan is time sensitive or else my employment at my future job may be terminated. I asked the person (Patty I think. She had orange curly hair) if I could look it over just in case there were any typos and she got angry at me (or more annoyed?) and said it's too late and that they never let people look it over. She was kinda rude from the beginning as well. Overall I think it's unreasonable to prevent customers from double checking because it's our employment and future license that's on the line. I've done the live scan twice for two different licenses and I've always had the chance to look over the application.

Sent my son in to buy stamps. He bought the wrong amount and tried to return them. They were unused and unopened and 5 minutes after he bought them. She employee was so rude to him. I called and let her know that I'd write a review and she said " who cares, go ahead"!

I was in a hurry to send out a package via USPS and found that Mail Run was open until 6PM. This was my first experience at this business and I must say I was very happy I received a warm welcome by Beatrice at the front desk. She was very helpful, attentive, and speedy! I want to thank her for helping me out because I had no clue what the prices were, etc. Beatrice helped me through the process and was very professional and friendly! The inside of the business is also very nice and they have TONS of cool stuff to buy from. Highly recommend!

I needed a title transferred on a boat I recently bought and heard Mail Run offered DMV services. They were able to complete the transfer quickly and saved me the hassle of dealing with the DMV. The staff is helpful and professional.
