Wonderful place but long lines. It's best to take a friend with you and have them wait in line while you're shopping depending on what time you go.

This review is only on the basis of human decency. So I was with my daughter to go shopping here when we noticed on our way into the store that a car with its window barely cracked had a couple of dogs in it while the owner was obviously not around. It was a hot day. My daughter proceeded to an employee and a manager to let them know the situation and to suggest that they communicate over their intercom to see if they can locate the owner. My daughter was met with a curt “no”. That is not what the intercom is used for, so she then proceeded to a manager who then echoed the same thing but then ended up saying even something more appalling, “Even if there’s a baby in the car, we would not go out of our way to use the intercom! I hope someone higher up from Marshall reads this or if you’re reading this will divert their shopping elsewhere. The humanity here just leaves a bad taste.

I JUST came from returning something and there were two dogs in a car for almost 20 minutes I asked the two people in the front to please say something over the speakers so the person who’s dogs they were would know to get there dogs out of the hot car and the young man at the front said it would be “weird” to do this was today at 4:00pm o think I’d be even weirder to let two innocent puppies DIE and cook in the heat please do something about this because what if it was a CHILD would it still be weird to SAVE A LIFE?!

I really dislike it how they only have a sign for girls, making it difficult to find where the boys clothes are at when it's in the same location. Also there are very little boy clothes too.

Majority of the time I get great deals here.The store associates are always so helpful and they don’t try to avoid helping you.Whenever I’m here I’d hear tiny remarks from other customers on how the associates don’t do their job because of how messy a certain area is….. (eye roll)Please do not blame the associates because of the messy departments. We’re all grown adults so please be responsible for your comments.We all know who fixes the departments and who messes it up..Anyways !!!!LOVE THIS PLACE
