Excellent. I went to the store to get split
King sheet set. The computer was down but the sleep expert looked up account to check the size then wrote down my card information by hand and gave me the sheets. Later when the computer was working she sent a link so I could pay without returning to the store. She was very helpful and went out of her way to save me another trip. What great personal service!!

Very knowledgeable staff member who was personable and took her time to explain the vast knowledge she had about mattresses, individual comfort for couples and based on our information provided feedback as to which mattresses would be best suited for our preferences, budget and durability over time. I had no idea all that was involved in selecting a bed. Truly amazing employee.

The person who helped me was excellent. She told me all about a mattress I'm considering for my guest room. She also helped me with return I had of a bedframe that I didn't need. It was still in the box, unopened. I will continue to shop at Mattress Firm because of the good service I receive there.
