Friendly and quick service. Was patient and open to answering any of our questions and did not push big ticket items onto us. We told our preferences and then were shown mattresses in different varieties that met our desires and had different price points. Another customer entered while we were there and he did a great job of working with us both. He also gave our son a toy and was very friendly with him as well.

Moe took lots of time explaining the recommended mattresses and giving us time to try them out. Everyone was extremely friendly and ensured we received all available promotions and the military discount. We are looking forward to our new mattress and many years of comfortable sleep!

Amazing service, Rosa was more then helpful, her enthusiasm, skills, & knowledge convinced me to buy a bed & bed frame,she made sure we went through a couple to see which one fits me better & she couldn’t have done better, amazing social working skills, I’ll definitely be back.

Austin was very knowledgeable of each item that I wanted to look at. I felt very comfortable, taking in his advice on choosing the correct bed for myself he was very personable and knowledgeable. I walked out of there because of the information he was able to give me and help me pick out the correct bed for me. I felt very comfortable. I highly recommend anybody who is looking for a new bed to go in and visit Austin at MATTRESS FIRM II in Clovis.

I received an excellent customer service from Austin. I walked in and was greeted by Austin. I told him exactly what I wanted. He intensively listened and quickly took me right to a mattress I was looking for. Within 15 minutes, I bought it and a following day the mattress was set in my bedroom. Five stars for Austin.

I didn't feel rushed at all. I got to lay on the beds as long as I wanted. She explained all the beds to me and explained all my options very well. We also had some nice conversations
