I make the drive from my city to come to this specific location! This is the best Metro PCS location/store. Their workers are very helpful and my family appreciates that they are bilingual. I have been coming here for 2 years now and I appreciate their service.

Just poor service from both ppl didn't help me with the upgrade that I needed and wanted to charge me 400 for a new phone hell no. Never going back to this location they lie and throw attitude all the way around and don't help.

Rosie is the best employee Metro PCS will ever have. She helped my husband and I months ago and we got to know her and she shared her story with us while she activated my phone. This young lady is an asset to this company. She was efficient and knowledgeable all while providing excellent customer service. I had such a good experience with Rosie that I brought my son to replace his phone when it broke. When we couldn't replace his phone with an I phone Rosie took her time to explain to my son that she could contact me when the I phone he wanted was in stock and even explained the features of his new phone. I recommend this location but only if Rosie is working. Thank you Rosie.

Avoid this store. Rude and unprofessional. They are happy to charge you but you are on your own if you need help. The customer service agents are just as useless as the store employee that has no integrity.

I cannot recommend this Metro location (Shaw and Peach) in Clovis enough! My family had a complex combination of line transfers/additions, with one extremely uncooperative former carrier, and Marlena effectively and cheerfully dealt with all of the issues, over the course of a few hours! She was far more patient than I would have been, and was such a pleasure to deal with that I came back the next day to upgrade my phone. I had been reluctant to go to a Metro store -- and put it off for months -- because we had the totally opposite experience at another location in the area when we first came over from Verizon a few years ago. Even though this location was out of our way, we will return whenever we need new lines or phones. Thank you, Marlena.
