This place is a rip off. They want $7 for a foam ball....$12 for a tiny throw pillow. I hope this place goes out of business soon. I mean how can they compete with Amazon or hobby lobby for that matter. If you want to spend way too much money, go to Michaels

Not sure why this store always looks a wreck. There are never staff around to help me find what I need. Not my favorite place to go, but use it in a pinch. Just needs more staff, and cleanliness

This shopping center where Michael’s is located is slowly becoming a homeless camp. I was there a couple of weeks ago and walked out of the store to a man laying in his own urine. Then today there was many homeless camped out in the parking lot. When I went to check out, I was pointed to what is now the “self check out.” Then was assured that no one lost their job due to this change. A big part of why I shop in the stores that I do is because of the customer service. I wasn’t greeted, and I was never thanked for my business. Bye, bye Michaels!!!
