My car had a check engine light after starting the engine. I took it to an auto parts store to get the code read, mass air flow sensor. After a quick look, Oil Changers did not reconnect the sensor after replacing the air filter. Along with the use of impact tools when changing the oil in my truck, I will not be returning.

Kept moving me back and forth in line, We waited thirty minutes and still Didn't get even close to being serviced so we just left. And still much pricier than your normal mechanic. With these you're supposed to be in and out. By the way there were only three cars there when I first got there. Isn't like they had a ton of cars in front of me .

I am super disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. After getting serviced by you guys my coolant cap was not put back on right and it caused my entire engine to blow hours leaving your guys shop I been reaching out the store and regional manager and they have gave me the run around and are not calling me back with a shop to get it looked and fixed at so now I am coming out of pocket $7k to get my truck fixed I will be getting my lawyer involved at this point I been waiting for 2 months!

Didn't asked me what kind of oil change i want. They automatically charged me for the most expensive one. Overall the oil change took about 15 - 20 minutes while i sat in the car.

One of the service member kept making uncomfortable comments towards me the entire time I was getting an oil change. Making comments about how pretty I am and making comments about how I am short and he is tall. This had absolutely nothing to do with my vehicle and it made me extremely uncomfortable. Not to mention, I am stuck in my car, I cannot leave when he makes these comments. Very unprofessional. I have been a loyal customer but I will not be returning after this last visit.
