My balloon’s we’re done here a few hours ago ! came in for my moms Birthday Balloons just want to note they had the best customer service EVER ! since iv started coming here the girl and guy up front have been so informative and helpful ! made sure i was taken care of even under pressure , PS: my balloons looked great ??

Ridiculous first I go up to the girl and ask her they want some balloons and then she just gives me like a side eye and when she checks me out with my purchase, she made me wait for my balloons to be inflated. Then within 15 minutes of having the balloons, the air went out won’t be purchasing from this party City again.

Doubt check your money here, short changed me 50 then manager gave some money back and still tried short changing me by 20! Mistake possibly but I felt like they were trying to keep it

Nice staff but very slow on getting my order ready. I arrived to get 10 simple balloons blown. I waited almost 45 mins to get them. When I asked I was told that other orders take priority since they are more complicated. I saw people arrive after me get their balloons done before mine. Honestly i will be going other places. The staff was to busy talking about a party after work rather than working. When it was finally my turn they ended up messing up my colors and order amount and had to redo my order.
