Absolute worst 3rd party billing ever. What a joke! I have tried for days to create an account, use their chat and call them. I have never tried so hard in my life to pay someone. Please take my money and stop wasting my time!!!! Pathology Associates, get your stuff together and switch billing companies!!!

Just received refund checks from o1/03 2024 and 10/20/2023 never went to them . Strange thing the checks were dared 01/22/2025 why did it take more than 6 months to receive them?

Terrible billing practice. Setup a payment plan that withdraws on the 19th, and every month on the 16th before the payment autodrafts they send it to collections. When I call the collection agency on like the 23rd when I get the collection, they say the bill was reported paid already. Messed up place.
