Marissa and Jasmine both were new groomers and overall did a great job. They seemed a little nervous/apprehensive about their jobs but were both kind and comfortable with our two large huskies. Unfortunately they had a coworker call out so they had to do our dogs and the other appointments as well. This led to a much longer appointment than we've had in the past. Upon pickup, I noticed both my dogs paws were still dirty and between the pads there were clumps and not dried out. I also keep in mind our male dog can be a stinker and foot care is not easy, however I've never had either of them return with dirty or wet feet in the past. Overall the brushing, bathing and grooming was done well, and huskies are a lot of work to groom. I booked a future appointment with these two ladies.

Excellent customer service! Very attentive, friendly, great attitudes and awesome work. Goes over and above. It was a pleasure to bring my baby there.
