I have had horrible experiences in the past at big box pet stores just like anyone else but Ashley, Mikaela and the General Manager at the Clovis location are beyond amazing. Their knowledge, patience and people skills make working with big box an absolute dream. You can tell this team truly cares about the animals in their care. I favor the poison dart frogs and while they are significantly more knowledgeable about them than most stores they are open minded and more than willing to listen to advice or suggestions when it comes to the care of the frogs. If they don’t know the answer to a question they don’t make up an answer to appease you they will admit their lack of knowledge and seek out your answer. I have multiple happy and healthy critters that I have purchased from this location and suggest type do the same!

Employees were very nice and helpful, and this is despite a really distressed and rude customer ahead of me, hah. Good selection of dog foods, I popped in before a camping trip to buy a small bag. Would recommend

We have the vital care, and we love it. We get our babies' nails trimmed and teeth brushed. Now, I'm not sure if they still have the same offers since we have had ours for a couple of years. But I love the group of employees that work in grooming. ABSOLUTELY amazing, like Harrison, S, and Cloe, who we just used her for the first time. They are all amazing and treat our fur babies amazingly great.

Store employees are great but the app and points and purchases rarely show up in my app and I’ve never received a free bag of food in over 4 years. Horrible customer service and the app is worthless. I’m temped to buy it on Amazon as a recurring order and save more money. Or find another store.
