Wait, times for help with fish can be extreme. The store wasn't even busy, and I asked for help it still took 15 minutes for someone to get to me.That being said, the girl who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable about the fish.

Steven H is amazing. I have a big fluffy goldendoodle and Steven always takes great care of him and and expert. Having regular appointments with a groomer that my big guy likes is super important. I cannot say enough good things about my experiences here. Thank you!!

Poor customer service. Refused to provide service once I got there. Unaware that calming aids are not allowed but my dog is 1 year old bolognese. Got him calming aid due to him getting excited and has the tendency to hump on people. We usually give him baths and brushes his hair but he was always calm even without the calming aid. It seems like the groomers are lazy and just wanting to their 8 hours of work without actually working. I am not recommending this location.

MAGGOTS IN DOG FOOD! Manager refused to exchange the bag we bought at THIS location two days prior!! Two days ago we bought a purina pro plan puppy (18lb) bag, I opened it today to feed my pups and there was MULTIPLE maggots in the food. Maggots aren't very large so to notice so many obviously it was a lot in the bag. I called the store and spoke to a very helpful employee she told us to just double bag the food and take it in for an exchange. So we did and the manager stopped us and said we couldn't exchange it?! That's ridiculous!! Your store had a bad maggot infested bag of dog food and you won't exchange the bag?! We weren't asking for any money back or anything different we wanted the same size the same type everything just one without maggots since we PAID for it!! Reason like this is why I go to PetSmart! This petco is absolutely outrageous and needs to retrain your manager on customer service and her attitude.

My dog had an appointment and they didn't want to accept him because his vaccines are from another country but he has everything complete. but in none of the requirements does it say that it necessarily has to be from the US when they are exactly the same vaccines?

Store is well stocked and employees are awesome and very knowledgeable but how does this get overseen. Sink or urinals should not be this dirty, it’s not a Truck Stop!

Lazy workers. If you're supposed to be open until 8 you should be open until 8 not locking door 15 minutes beforehand, even if it is slow. You're getting paid to work not sit there with the doors locked for 15 minutes until you're able to leave. My husband and I went to go pick up some food for our pets as we had just ran out and wanted to make sure we had food for them in the morning. We arrived before they were supposed to close to see a blond worker unlocking the door to let her friend in and then immediately closing and locking the door again. As soon as she saw us there she hurried away so we weren't able to get in. Awful. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Great place to get your dogs groomed and have their nails trimmed. The staff are very helpful and friendly and provide great service. My dogs were clean and happy after their grooming.

We enjoyed over the the years with our dogs who have since “crossed the rainbow bridge” So when we adopted another pup after a couple of years, it’s been fun to return and get products for him. While the faces have changed, the staff are great to work with and talk to !!
