Petsmart is okay, but certain individuals are very lazy.And they don't want to answer questions or be helpful.They speak to you the bear minimum. Not exactly rude just not helpful.

Good store and always clean but the curbside always sucks! First time I tried it, they came to my car, but everytime after that they never tell me my order is ready. I ordered one time in the morning, 11amish and almost wait until 7pm and they still never say it's ready. How does it take 6 hours to grab one thing of cat litter?? The whole point of curbside is to not get out of the car....everytime I have to get out to pick it up
