Vanessa, the manager, is the best! Always friendly, quick and efficient. They have never lost or is placed any of my packages. All the employees are well trained and happy to see me when I walk in.

Been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. I’ve shipped personal goods, returned items, and even used their in house services. Packages are ALWAYS shipped well protected and insulated. Lastly, you can’t beat their clean, friendly, professional environment! 10 stars for this PostalAnnex+ location!

I come here to drop packages off to return to Amazon on many, many occasions. The staff are always really friendly and efficient, even first thing in the morning as soon their doors open. Great customer service surely makes a person come back time and time again.
