“Thank you to the team at Goin' Postal! My mom sent an envelope to me via USPS priority mail at Goin' Postal. We had the wrong address info so it was ultimately returned to sender. Fadi, the manager, went out of his way to track down the envelope (it was trapped at the Clovis post office) and called me to let me know that he had it in his possession and we could come and pick it up. You don't often see customer service like this any more, so I am super impressed with the team's dedication. Thank you again!”
