“Absolutely amazing customer service, my box needed a little tape and usps wanted me to get back in line after waiting for 15 minutes and pay for a roll of tape and goin postal said “you just droppin off” and I said yea it needs some tape do I gotta pay for it? And they said “nah we got it have a good day!” Amazing customer service.”
“Had to go in for a live Scan fingerprinting. I waited about 30 seconds before they greeted me and helped me. I don't remember the young lady's name who took my fingerprints but she was professional and courteous. Can't recommend this place enough!”

Not only was she pleasant and professional she answered all of my questions and handled my transaction perfectly. “Helped my mom return a package and the company sent a shipping label that made me utilize this particular FedEx location. It was really out of my way. However, the staff was great in helping me. I'm glad I went on a non-busy day!I'm going to locate something closer next time.Like a Postal Annex location. I'm sure they do FedEx as well.
