Fast friendly service with easy online check in or a touch screen check in in the lobby. I never wait longer than 5 minutes even on busy days. Never had a problem getting blood drawn always done on first try. Definitely recommend here for all your lab needs.

Quest always makes it easy to register for appointments and check in. They also respect your timing and often take me back before my scheduled appointment time which makes fasting and no food or coffee less painful. They are always friendly and do a great job. I’d recommend them to all my friends and family.

I love this Quest location! Everyone I've seen here has been super friendly and in a great mood. Some of them even make a point to talk to you while you're getting blood drawn and it helps to distract you from it.

Staff is very friendly and kind. I fainted after having my blood drawn for the first kind, and the staff were very helpful. They immediately got me an ice pack and propped my head up, as well as got me water, some fruit snacks, and some sugar water to help me get back up on my feet. While it wasn't an enjoyable experience, I was well cared for, and felt comforted. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because there is, ironically, a mosquito problem. I got five vials of blood drawn, and then blood drawn from a mosquito or two as well.

I made an error the last time I made my appointment on line. I was surprised that one of the staff must have seen that I hadn’t completed it so she came out and showed me what I needed to do. They are all so personable and yet professional.

I wish I had made noteof the young lady who drew the blood as she was extremely professional and upbeat. I honestly was done giving blood before I finished my(very enlightening ☺) story. The check in process was also very easy and they called me on time as well.

Entire blood draw staff is friendly, pleasant and professional. Staff was very patient and helpful to patients in the waiting room.
