I've been coming to quest for labs quite often for this pregnancy. I was given a lab slip from my Ob to get my GTT done. Thankfully they were open for Presidents Day. I have an account so I was able to search a location and select an appointment time. First time at this location. I had no clue where to go and just went with my gut and entered through the Peachwood Medical thankfully Quest was easily spotted through the entrance. I highly recommend making an appointment if you can. You can do mobile check in and you get called back almost immediately. They have self serve check in kiosk. The facility was clean and the phlebotomist were very nice. I had no issues and this visit went smoothly. I would go here again.

2/15/2024 I’ve been a customer/patient of this medical institution (Quest Diagnostics for a four decades. I have watched it evolution of this medical facility into what I would describe, is communistic. Literally! It has evolved into the best of Idiocracy.Should I explain; when I first walked in Half of the people that was there we’re trying to sign in and they didn’t even have an appointment because there is another quest office that gets people confused and they haven’t fixed that issue and I’m sure it’s been a long time.There is nobody at the front desk like they used to have so the customer service is it less than one star. When I was finally called, the person seen me did not have any type of sunny disposition and customer service was horrible. And again, I was there just to drop off a sample for my wife and receive a receipt and leave. Sidenote; that their ability to deal with medical insurance companies is even greater less desirable. When my insurance says my responsibility to pay for the service provided at quest diagnostics is one thing and quest diagnostics is charging me an arm and a leg steel and they haven’t figured it out yet! My final thoughts are less than one star, and this place needs a total revamping of the customer service, and how to conduct general service for the community. The whole experience is unsatisfactory and I don’t recommend anyone going to any of their sites!I am a business owner, and this type of business makes me sick.

I am unbelievably disappointed with this Quest. I usually have good experiences, but this one has been awful, and corporate has been useless.The phlebotomist was quick and did a fine job. However, the results have not been provided after TWO WEEKS. I was told by corporate that results would be available on two separate occasions, and both of those times the results were still not available.Quest makes it incredibly difficult to call or speak to a human being. Everything is automated and they go to great lengths to get rid of you and force you to their useless website. I wish there were more options for this kind of blood testing, but unfortunately I seem to be stuck with this behemoth of a corporation that doesn't seem to value customer service.

I usually never leave reviews but I am so happy with our experience today! We had to take our 7 month old baby girl to get blood work done and we were so anxious about it. Kinsley (so sorry if I'm butchering the spelling of her name) was absolutely incredible with my daughter. She was very reassuring and was so gentle and quick with her blood draw. We cannot thank her enough for making it such a smooth experience! If you're looking for someone to take your littles to, she's your girl!

You never know what you're gonna get one visit you'll be treated just fine and you'll be able to get your blood drawn by a skilled and talented phlebotomist. Another time you'll be treated like a piece of meat and you'll end up out on the floor like I did today.

Very rapid and efficient. Natalie, who did my draw, was painless, professional, informative, and most of all, kind. I was having trouble standing, and she went out of her way to bring me a chair.Parking is fairly close to entrance of the building.

Warning to all!I went there in May for blood tests, it is now almost November. One of my tests was coded wrong and I was charged 1300$ for it, i paid over 600$ on it before i began investigating the odd charge. I have now spent the last months on endless phone calls with both my insurance and quest, being put off, assured I'd get a refund of almost a full 600$ amount, then to be put off and lied to over and over, supervisors swore it was done and done from both insurance and quest more than once, and now they've demanded more info and decided I'm suddenly declined a refund. Their flat out thieves. I've never had an issue with them before but now I'm absolutely disgusted with them. I had ecoli and couldn't even recieve treatment because I couldn't afford it since quest took my money. Quest has admitted the mistake and despite the problem being resolved and the code being fixed to a much cheaper one like it should have been, they refuse to give me my money back. Please beware and be careful going to quest.

The staff was really nice & yes they don't have someone at the desk, but you'll get the help you need. Sign in on the iPad, have a seat, they'll call your name when it's your turn

Visit another quest lab that handles patients better. Their system "crashed" after I was waiting more than 30 minutes. I asked the front desk how they are keeping track of patients and calling them after signing in, her response was "I don't know, you can go to another quest." What a bunch of bs. This quest is over crowded anyway with covid patients. Best to go to another location that's much quicker and safer, low traffic.

Horrible place, rude people and have no knowledge of how things work. I had to walk out of that place. Insult to injury the whole issue was caused by then billing the wrong insurance in the first place. Far from an apology they didn't even acknowledge it as a mistake. Stay away from these guys. Esp. this Quest the technician Shawn and the supervisor Valerie are the worst of the whole bunch.
