I’ve came here for over six years. I went to switch to a family plan. The guy told me it was $29 for the family over and over after he signed me up they begun charging $116 a month. I told them that I was tricked and didn’t want their service anymore. Well next month they charged me again. I spent over an hour on the phone with bank and emailed back and forth with them six times!!!!!

I love coming to the car wash and getting my car squeaky clean. Great atmosphere and people around. I just cannot stand the workers harassing me about the memberships. Constant badgering me about saving money. I personally do not like any automated recharges and would prefer to just be greeted with a hello. I know they're just doing their jobs but it gets to the point where you constantly see me and I always have to stop you and tell you no.

I’ve been coming to Raceway for years, but am seriously reconsidering due to my recent experience. It used to feel like this company cared about customers beyond being a customer, but now I feel like it’s about our money. I know the staff are just doing their jobs, but hearing the long speech of this new promo is just tedious- and I even have the full throttle unlimited plan. It just seems like corporate greed and quite frankly, it’s disgusting. We live in California which is already pricey and overrated, why mess up something good?

I’ve had memberships for both of my cars for the past three months, and unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. Despite only taking my cars in every 2-3 weeks, they consistently come out worse, with the rims now completely blackened. The month just started, and my account was auto-charged on 8/22/2024, so I reached out to request a refund for the current month, but was told no, even though I barely use the service.
It’s frustrating that I had to pay for another month just to cancel, and now I’m stuck with an additional month of subpar car washes that I won’t use. The issue isn’t even with the location itself, but with customer service’s unwillingness to make things right. This entire experience has been discouraging, and I won’t be recommending this service to anyone.

We are happy it is the guy who hand does soap at beginning that makes for good wash. 2 guys doing this is best but costly to you.

This place is 1 of the greatest I been to by far. They out beat surf thru don shaw and helm by a long shot. Their customer service is excellent ? and my car comes out extremely clean ... this employees are on top of their game. Definitely know how to run a business and customer service !!!!!
