I usually don’t leave reviews because nothing is ever perfect, but this job was just sloppy and unacceptable. I got an inside vacuum as well as my window cleans and a light Towel dry I get into my car after it’s done there’s trash still in the center console. My windows weren’t even wiped down. There’s still water spots on them and my car is fully dripping from the back. Just spend your money elsewhere

I had my car washed today, and Francisco did an amazing job. He was very careful, detailed, and dedicated to his work. My car looks spotless! You can really tell he takes pride in what he does. Highly recommend his service — thank you, Francisco!

Not worth $56 ! It was not even vacuumed properly nor was the stains from and was told to pay extra if they wanted them to wipe them off .

For decades, you guys work on building your reputation and with it built a big cushion. As of today, you’re good reputation your goodwill everything positive. Your business head has completely disappeared. This used to be a great place and it has slowly deteriorated. I’m not sure if they changed ownership or the owners got too greedy and employees left but it’s all new faces and terrible service. You going for a simple car wash and end up spending 1.5 to 2 hrs waiting. Just to vacuum the car it can take them up to 15 min. Then they let your vehicle sit for like 30 min and finally come in and work on it. But first they will run it through the car wash again cause their machines are no good and it lest a bunch of dirt and stains. Their service is so bad that I have paid for car washes, made a 20 minute phone calls, my car still hasn’t been even touched so I go and ask for a refund. I paid you. I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes and you guys have still not even bothered to touch my car. I’m sure I’m not the only one you guys have done this to as your business has been deteriorating I’ve noticed less and less customers. People have become fed up with having your weight an hour and a half to two to get their car washed. I would not be surprised if one of these days I see a going out of business sign or the brand get sold to somebody else and they get rebranded. Like I mentioned earlier their good reputation has now been destroyed.
I had to give this place one star but in reality, I would give it negative start if I had the option

28 bucks to have my car clean. What do I come to? Dust under my rear wing, water marks all over my trunk. And later I noticed that my passengers carpet was drenched WET. Also the microfiber that was being used to wipe my car down was mot new and or clean. Most of the time I wash my car but this time I had no time, and I payed 28 bucks to have a poor car wash??? Like c'mon my little nephew can do a whole better job for 5 dollars... And a slice of pizza... Take ur car somewhere else.

If they didn't use dirty rags their service would be better always left with dirty rag stank iny vehicle
Amd get the workers some new uniforms they look like are 30 plus years old I feel bad for whoever has to put those nasty things on and wear them all day

Full service car wash and doesn't allow your ride and shine subscription. Even though it is a ride and shine. However, the people that are really nice

Don’t go there very much anymore they lowered the drive threw wash by $3.00 to $13.00 I would rather pay $20.00 and at least dry my windows the people you have kinda drying cars can’t even reach the hood I used to go there because I am lazy but sorry Expess etc just do a better job !
