It was super busy in the store today. Customers were waiting in a line all the way to the back of the store to check out. There's some good prices though.

Ross stores have never been clean ones... but they are cheap ones. This location has the friendliest staff I've seen locally, and a better-than-average selection at most times. You just need to get lucky, which is the case for pretty much all of these stores. I like this Ross location a good deal, and also the deals themselves!

I felt very uncomfortable. Was being followed by secret shopper and I was being profiled by the European decent worker because I was the only Hispanic in the store! She came to the isle I was in twice saying to check the cameras both times, loudly and rudely! I’m so astonished you allow those type of people to work in your establishment. Those whom just profile people as soon as they walk in! Do better. (I hope you checked the cameras and felt dumb)
