“I took my car to rds shop . They performed work I didn’t authorize, added extra charges, and when I asked for an itemized bill they gave conflicting answers and denied the extras. Staff were dismissive and dishonest. Save your time and money — go somewhere else.”if it’s possible to give them 0 star i will. They don’t keep on their own words don’t believe them when you make deel them be careful.

I have been trying to get ahold of this business because I was told to have my car towed to them since it broke down I barley had the car one month and hed have mechanic fix it. Well then he tells me his mechanic doesn't know how to fix stick shifts and I had to find one who does because I paid extra money for a warranty, he said if I can't find one he would for me well I called, text and emailed him to please find someone before my warranty was up but nothing he won't return any of my attempts for contact. I'm thinking about sueing him I just want my car fixed or a different one from him for good measure. He also owes me 188$ for a time I put on there that he was too lazy to look for himself his words were that if I paid for the time hed reimburse me but that also he ignores.

Started on October 2020 when I leased the vehicle. Rocky wrote on the contact to fix the passenger window which never happened , he kept saying what days Am I available and I kept telling him Wednesday and Thursday, which lead to me calling every other week when can my window be fixed, Rocky than made two different attempts to fix it himself which he didn't succeed and only chipped and bent my arm rest on both sides on the doors. He said he had two guys that could fix the window, one of the guys didn't have a company it was from his house and the other rocky claimed was busy with other cars so he didn't want to add another car to his list. so by this time it was two weeks into December and I was getting frustrated with situation and said I'll pay for the window and if Rocky can take it out of what I owe but he didn't want to do that, his reason was he didn't want someone charging more since he already knew what the problem was he would fix it, some guy he had there I'm not sure if he was delivering parts to him or what but he overheard me talking about the window and this man asked rocky if he can look at it and rocky said are you going to charge and the man said if he can't find the problem no he won't but if he does find the problem and fixes it he will charge, rocky said he already knows what's the problem with the window so the man says well why haven't you fixed it and this went on back and forth between them and even the man was getting annoyed because rocky wasn't making no sense why if he knew what the problem was why didn't he fix it. Ok now I paid my car off a whole year ahead before the due date, Rocky said there was gonna be a $35 charge for the pink slip transfer but that he'd pay for it and transfer everything "no problem " , I received my tags 3 days ago with his car dealership still on there as the lien holder. He didn't communicate and say anything about it isn't in the contract so you (me the client) needs to go and transfer the title, I'm thinking it's done as he said he was going to do but I guess my fault I should have know better .. he didn't honor his own contract to fix the window that it wasn't going to be done so now I gotta go to the dmv and pay fees. Only giving one star because I had to in order to post my review . The worst experience ever !!! I've never had such a awful experience with a car dealership.

Listed items for free on craigslist, came in and said they were not for free. The wife seemed confused and stressed like she was roped into it. If you're gonna try and scam someone dont do it under your business' name lol.
