Walked into the store and first thing the young blonde lady says is “Just so you know, we close in 5 minutes.” with the nastiest attitude. Not even a minute later follows me into the aisle with keys while I’m looking at the hair scissors and says “Which one do you want.” To whoever the manager is, please teach your employees decent manners.

I had an amazing experience with the sales associate who assisted me with choosing the perfect hair color. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly welcoming, patient, and attentive. They took the time to listen to my preferences and offered expert advice on shades that would work best for my hair and skin tone. Not only was their knowledge spot on, but their kindness and genuine desire to help made the entire experience enjoyable. I left feeling confident and excited about my new color, and I truly appreciated how they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend!

The staff here really impressed me when I went in for the first time today, with four very specific things I needed. The two women working there made sure I found everything, and checked me out quickly, all with the nicest positive attitude. It was a good experience overall.

I deeply regret to report a disappointing experience at the Sally Beauty store on 7-26-23. Upon entering, my mother and I received no greeting or acknowledgement from the two employees present, yet a white customer who entered seconds later was immediately assisted. The differential treatment continued during checkout, as the white customer was offered a bag for her items while we were not, leaving us to carry our purchases without assistance. The undeniable contrast in treatment strongly suggests racial bias, a disheartening and unacceptable display in any retail environment. Sally Beauty must address these issues urgently to ensure an inclusive and respectful experience for all customers.

Spent about 15 minutes browsing the nail section. Finally settled on a dip kit that was advertised for $19.99. Brought it up to the counter and the girl told me it would be $28. I pointed out that it was advertised for 19.99 and she said that that was for a different color. The one I wanted was more. There was only one price tag in the entire area for that kit, so clearly the one I wanted was falsely advertised. She said I would need to speak to the manager in order to have the price reduced, but that she went on break and wouldn’t be back for another 15 minutes. This is very bad customer service. I’m not going to pay more for a product simply because it’s a different color, especially when it’s clearly advertised at a lower price.

If you don't want to be watched and treated badly DO NOT GO HERE. Me and my family were being watched by one of the girls working there. Then my son happened to knock down a can of hairspray and the manager asks us if we're good? As if me or my son were trying to purposely knock down a can of hairspray. Rude manager and didn't feel comfortable constantly being looked at by the employer, I've rarely experienced being watched in a store before so it was obvious to me that's what this employer was doing after numerous times catching her looking down the aisle checking on us than looking away not even trying to hide it.

The girls at the front have no class and no customer service skills!! I entered and the girls just talked the entire time and didn't even acknowledge me. How rude. Will not be returning to this location again!!!

I purchased an item that was defective (I tried everything I could to get it to work). Upon entering the business to return the item (not even 30 days) I was asked if I knew how to operate the item by an older blonde woman that I haven't met there before. She treated me as if I hadn't tried and asked if I'd used the item in a particular way. I am in the industry and am aware how said item works. She was rude, condescending, and I will no longer purchase at this store.

The worst customer service, 3 cashiers were there and when I asked about something non of them bother herself to getup and come to show where I can find it !!!!! They were giving me directions from behind the register!!!!!! And even did not reply to my greeting when I came in !!!!!! This is the second time I experience the same thing . I hope the Managment will consider my review and I get better service next time

I went in and I was welcomed but I have never been to that particular location. I wasn't offered any help to find what I was looking by the 3 girls stood there chatting about sex and their hookup and stuff no customer wants to hear. Luckily the store isn't big so all I have to do was weave up and down the isles but their conversation makes me not want to return even for the convenience which is why I went in the first place. I've worked in costumer service places before and usually as soon as a customer comes in, you shut up and be professional. These girls on the other hand did not. I recommend if you have your kid or kids with you to not even go in at all because you don't know what the girls are going to talk about.
