I took my cell phone in on a Thursday morning to get the screen fixed, they did not have the part (because I have an LG) so I put down a $100 deposit and was told the part would be ordered and it would be done by Monday or Tuesday by the tech. I go in on Tuesday to get my SIM card to see if I can use it on an older phone (I am self-employed and need my phone for business)and was again told it would be done that day or tomorrow(Wednesday) latest. Do not hear back from Sartech at all Wednesday, so I call Thursday morning and they say it will be done by that afternoon. Get a call that afternoon the wrong part came in and they can't fix the phone, they will have to order the right part for the phone. By that point I wanted nothing to do with this process anymore so I went back and to get my broken phone and original $100 deposit. Wasted an entire week without fixing my phone and on top of that not a single \\\"sorry about that\\\" when I picked up my deposit and broken phone. Extremely unprofessional, non-communicative, and didn't really seem to care he couldn't fix my phone or that it was a burden for me. I will never go back here nor would I ever recommend them to anyone else.

This tech team is GREAT! They are patient and explain things in simple terms if you are not tech savvy. Quick to schedule someone to respond to your computer problems. We use them for all our business needs now!!

I was visiting a friend on my way to San Fran and had a major laptop issue. Out of nowhere the screen gave out on me. I searched laptop repair closest to my friends house and SarTech popped up with 5 star reviews. Now I know why because this guy not only knows his stuff, he is super reasonable in price and personable. I love that he didn't jump straight into price. Instead, he gave me a diagnostic, then went over multiple repair options. Thanks Sar for being a straight up and honest and appreciate the hospitality.

Wow, I cant tell you how glad I am to give Sar Tech a try. I took my computer and a lap top in and Miguel walked me thru the whole process. Made me feel welcome to watch, while he explained. Very reasonable pricing. Would recommend to anyone needing repairs.

What a wonderful place!! I came here for my first time and the service was excellent! They are friendly, quick, and inexpensive. My laptop had stopped working and wouldn't even turn on. I brought my laptop in to get fixed and within a couple hours it was ready to be picked up. And the best part is that Startech is super affordable. I met Sar during the summer of 2018. I appreciated how quickly he responded. I had just purchased a new computer for my nephew and I realized how slow my 2012 MacBook was. I took it to Sar and he was encouraging about my older machine and he gave it a tune-up. He backed everything up on a different device and cleared up and added additional memory for my laptop. I have been working successfully on my MacBook. Last month, the WiFi stopped working so I sent Sar a message and he quickly diagnosed it. He had me take it in right away, within 20 minutes it was installed and working again. Two days ago, my iPhone X fell in the swimming pool and must've been at the bottom for 1-3 minutes I was so sad. I sent Sar a message, he responded right away and said turn it off ASAP, put it in a bag of rice, leave the bag open and bring it to me first thing in the morning I did exactly that, he insisted he should let it dry for 24 hours and then I could pick it up. Im typing my review on that rescued phone now. This man always helps me out. If you need a kind-hearted genius in your life, call Sar. Have a blessed day.
