The girl working at the parts counter has an unwelcoming attitude. She seems annoyed with my questions about the part I’m asking about. A few other staff were welcoming and helpful but just that experience makes it hard to go back.

😤 Complete Waste of Time: Drove 90 Miles for a Non-Existent Car
I had an absolutely terrible experience with this dealership that resulted in a complete waste of my day.
I called the day before and again on the day of my intended visit to confirm the availability of a specific car I wanted to see. Both times, I was explicitly told by staff that the vehicle was available and waiting for me.
Based on these confirmations, I drove a staggering 90 miles to the dealership. Upon arrival, I was told—after all that travel—that the car was, in fact, no longer available.
This level of incompetence and poor communication is unacceptable. The staff wasted hours of my time and put unnecessary mileage on my car. Confirming a car's availability is a basic customer service function, and this dealership failed at it miserably.
I will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere and strongly advise others to be wary of their inventory confirmations.

You both were incredible—professional, polite, and genuinely caring. I’m grateful for informative, answering all my questions with clarity and kindness. Everyone her was very helpful and made the buying a new car process so much easier than I expected! Some of the salesmen even SAT IN THE FRONT AND BACK seats when I told them I had tall sons and would need to make sure they’d be comfortable. Kk inside made the financing part quick and he was able to explain things in a way that was clear and not at all intimidating. Sam was polite and patient with me, helping me to find the perfect car for my family. My new Toyota Crown Signia has everything I wanted :D He even helped me set up my Toyota app afterwards. I would recommend this place to everyone!! Especially anyone who’s been waiting to buy a new car just because it seemed too hard or long of a process. I wish I would’ve went sooner!

I have always used Clovis Toyota to buy new cars and service purchased vehicles, long before they became Clovis Toyota and am very disappointed in their service department.
Took our low mileage Camry in for an oil change 2 months ago about 190 miles since the oil change and I noticed we had drips on our garage floor. Very rare but I called Clovis Toyota to discuss but after 2 days of taking to their new AI answering recording named Willow and getting hung up on for days, I finally got a hold of a real person, very rude lady who said they would need or car all day and there would be no ride home available to us. I asked to speak with a manager since keeping my car all day for something that they probably caused is wrong. Three days later we got a call back and he set up an early morning appointment on Wednesday 10-8-25, I show up at scheduled appointment, only to find out he is off today so I have to go over the whole problem with them again. After an hour they came to me and said their technician had forgotten to tighten the drain plug but it was tight now and they cleaned up the mess it created as well as checked the oil level. They acted like they were doing me a favor for fixing their created mess that I paid for to be done correctly. No mention about compensating me for lost time, mileage to and from dealership or the frustration of dealing with Willow their AI receptionist, oh he did state they were working very fast to clear up the problem with their system.
Poor workmanship if you can't even do a simple oil change without having a comeback and very poor customer service for a very long-time customer. I guess I am in the market for a new dealership and I recommend you all do the same if you can trust them to do a simple oil change correctly you would be a fool to have them do major repairs.

The service staff here was super helpful. I had a broken oil filter housing on my Toyota Highlander and they took care of me offered to pay for an Uber for me to get home cuz my car was not going to be done cuz they had to order a part then they found a part there canceled the Uber for me and took care of everything. Applied multiple coupon codes so that I can get the cheapest price would definitely recommend

I'm done going here. Had an oil change coupon. Told over the phone they don't do drop offs. Had to figure out a ride only to be told in person that they do I could of just asked...which I did.
They never honor the value of the coupon. It's wild that synthetic results in 20$ more on an oil change when the oils cost literally the same. I'm over it.
Employees there were polite and respectful
