Made an appointment with Morgan to get my hair done. I had a wedding I was in and wanted a cut and color. Normally when I've gotten my hair done in the past I get some sort of confirmation text the day before. I didn't hear so I texted her to confirm. She said she was glad I texted her because she lost my number, has the flu, and needed to reschedule. She asked me if I could reschedule, I sent her my availability, and never heard from her again. I made this appointment months in advance to have it done for the wedding. I even texted her a few times thinking maybe she was busy. I finally sent a text saying I was bummed to never have received a response. I was unable to find someone short notice to get my hair done before the wedding. It was really unprofessional in my opinion to lose my number and then not even apologize. I would not recommend this person.

I had a great time here. My nails were done by Lynn. She was accommodating, artistic and she was easy to talk to. I would come back for the cool designs.

I found this salon through Groupon several years ago... And am so glad I did. It is so hard to find a nail salon in Fresno where I can understand the staff. Alicia and the other girls speak CLEAR English, so I don't have to guess what I am agreeing to when I go there. The salon is warm and inviting. The Mani/Pedis are great. I have had regular, gel and acrylics all done by Alicia and have been super happy with the results every time!!! Sign out front says "walk-ins welcome", but you really do need an appointment, from what I have seen and experienced, it is a rarity for them to be free for a walk-in....but they are great about keeping your appointment time.

This place advertised on Groupon for a gel manicure and pedicure offer. I bought the more expensive option available because I wanted french gel on my fingers/toes for my wedding day. I bought this offer and scheduled an appointment with Nicole 4 months in advance. It was very much in advance because I knew the exact date/time to schedule this in pre-wedding day. I also booked an appointment for my mom and sister at the same time so that we could share a girls day amongst the chaotic wedding stress. The entire week before my wedding, I was completely booked with so many appointments and vendor meetings. My nail appt day arrived (mom and sister both took time off work for this) and Nicole sends me a text in the morning to say, "HI Jennifer, it's Nicole in regards to your nail appt today. slight mishap we over booked ourselves and have no room! I can take you tomorrow at 130 let me know if that works, thanks!" I immediately responded to Nicole and told her "These are my wedding day nails and I made this appt 4 months ago! I purchased you via Groupon. I'm on a very tight schedule and nails must be done today. I booked myself, mom, and sister for 4pm." I was furious that she pushed my appointment and then she responded with "Ok well I can do you but it won't be in a pedi tub." I couldn't believe my wedding nails were now just a "non pampered" crapshoot to be done next to someone else enjoying an actual foot scrub/massage etc. This was not what I imagined my pre-wedding nails with my mom and sister to be like... In fact, it was the opposite. And to think, I booked SOOOO far in advance and told her on the phone that this was specifically for my wedding. Ugh, I was disappointed. I cancelled everything with Nicole and took my business elsewhere (in a complete mad rush and very last minute dash). It was stressful and resulted in me rescheduling at least 2 vendor meetings that day. I was not refunded for the money I already spent on Groupon and now have a groupon I will never use. :( If you have an important event, I would avoid serendipity as much as possible! Totally crazy! Thank goodness Bella Nails was available (even though I was a walk-in and had to wait 45 minutes for 3 people (me, mom, sister) and we weren't sat together... but they did a great job nonetheless and helped salvage that very stressful situation!

Alicia is great. I don't know how she does it, but my polish (on natural nails) lasted a solid week!

Great nail salon for a spa-like experience! I went in with a shellac manicure and spa pedi groupon and was very impressed by the hospitality and professionalism. Would definitely be back soon.

I went to this salon for my first visit. When I walked in the door, there was only one person there and she was working on a client. She did not acknowledge me. I waited for 10 minutes then my salon associate walked in and asked if I had an appt. She got everything ready for me and I had my mani and pedi. done. The atomsphere was nice and they had many nail polish options. Everything well went, but only 2 days later my toe nail and finger nail polish was coming off and chipping, leading me to think they did not take their time polishing and getting things right. I am not hard on my nails and the polish should not be coming off this soon. Other than that the salon is nice.
