The people who work in the store were so helpful and knowledgeable! When I got home, I told my husband I am going to try to buy all my paint supplies there because it was such a good experience!

Great customer service and very helpful.Once order was placed in store, ready very quickly. Also, ordered online and products were ready and great!Thank you for all of your help in picking a wonderful color for the kitchen and patience in explaining the various paints you carry.

Steven is a very responsible manager. He did a lot of work for my exterior painting. I went to many places and couldn't find a close color match, but Steven did it. I am very grateful to him and his team.

The staffs are so friendly and helpful here especially Stephen. I had to come to this location several times trying to find a matching paint color and every time I come the staffs are trying their best to assist.

Steven the manager is wonderful! I had a great experiere..the store is great as well as the product. The staff I met were effectively great at assisting me with all my needs. This store is my go too!

Went to this Sherman Williams store to get some paint samples. As I walked in the employee was talking to someone over the counter to later find out it was another employee. After searching through paint chips for 15 mins nobody came to help. When I was ready and asked for paint samples they looked at me as if I was an inconvenience to them. Paid for my materials and not a single "Thank you" or "Have a good day". I thought about walking without my materials cause they were so unfriendly. I'll never go to the Sherman William at 1215 N Willow again. If I was the manager I'd fire Jalen and the other person behind the counter.

This is my favorite Sherwin-Williams to shop at. Stephen, an employee, was very helpful in color matching a color I had seen in a picture. He also helped coordinate other colors that went with my main color. Even though I live closer to the Clovis store off Clovis Ave., the employees Off of Willow and Nees have always been so accommodating.

The team at this Sherwin - Williams are the best. Much more professional and efficient than the other locations in town. I will go out of my way to buy paint from this store. ?? ?? ?? ??
