It's a very clean location! The staff are very casual and extremely friendly and helpful. The cashier that night helped my mom get her gift card set up and put in the numbers for her, and helped us get a good deal on our beverages.They are NOT open till 10:30 anymore: only until 10:00 PM. They are open from 4:30, though; earlybirds rejoice!It's a very spacious seating area, and the outside seating is shady and comfortable, if a little close to the cars. The chargers are plentiful, and there is soft seating. The WIFI is unusually fast here. Also: there is a large amount of ADA accessible seating here, in fact it's the majority.All in all, 10/10 location! Highly reccomend.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible. Very good accommodations, with most seating wheelchair accessible. 10/10.

Ordered coffee through the drive through this morning, and the first time I didn’t check the label on the cup, it was wrong. I saw the girl look right at the label and said it was the drink I ordered.Update, came by to get my drink and explained what happened. Sam only wanted to refund for less than the drink cost. I told him forget it, I paid the full and will not remove my review. Also your comment address doesn’t work. I won’t be back, and once my apt is depleted I will uninstall. Dutch Bros has better customer service!

Stopped by to get something to eat real quick and when I got to the window I asked Clair a question and she ignored me and looked at me like I was stupid. they need new people who know what good customer service is very disappointing honestly. don't mean to be a Karen but do better

Came at 9:45 drive thru was closed, so was the lobby. Starbucks app and google maps says they close at 10

Ordered my usual Grande Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso but first time ordering at this location. I’ve had this coffee drink plenty of times.. but the taste was off. I went to the counter and let them know that it didn’t taste right. The barista said it’s a “blonde that it’s alway made that way”. Again I mentioned it doesn’t taste right. Never did they offer to make me another drink. We spent over $45 for drinks and breakfast. I had already given a tip when I ordered and they don’t even bother to help. Customer service here is lacking

Great Starbucks location. Food and drink are excellent, and staff are friendly and efficient as well. This location also has lots of tables and is open later. Great store.

I simply love Jhessie and Nathan at the Shaw and Villa. They ALWAYS get my drink correct and leave me little notes in my cup that simply many my day!!! Keep up the good work, guys, you rock!!!!

Took 20 minutes for two cold brews. They also made the next six orders after mine and didn't even start on mine until I said something. Absolutely ridiculous

I stopped by for my birthday and Armando was the one who was taking my order. Even though I was having some trouble with my Starbucks app and he was so patient and so friendly. Very cool guy with amazing customer service:)

The cap came off and burned my mouth, hand and messed with my school papers. I noticed it is a very cheap plastic cap. I told them they said today we only have this. Be careful when your getting your coffee from here. Especially when you are driving. Terrible.
