Pretty standard Starbucks, drinks are good, food is fair. They’re very on top of mobile orders usually which is much appreciated. Most of the baristas are friendly and greet you at the register or pickup area. Shoutout to Trevor who’s usually on drive thru when I visit. He’s always personable, friendly, and has a smile on his face.

Drive through... They made the wrong drink. I parked, walked in with the drink and receipt, which clearly showed what I ordered. They would not give any consideration or compensation for the hassle/time... Just offered to remake the drink. So... Their incompetence is on YOU, the customer, not them. I took a refund. Sad if this is a corporate thing. I'm hoping this Herndon/Willow store is just a sorry outlier in customer service.

The employees here are rude and obnoxious!! I ordered coffee here around 9-9:15am and the two guys working were mean!! I ordered a tall shaken espresso with an extra 2 shot, caramel drizzle, and lined, when I got my ordered it didn't have milk in it. The guy who made my drink told me that it doesn't come with milk and that if I wanted milk I had to add it for an additional charge. The ice shaken espresso comes with 2% milk on default, and when I told the guy he said, " We're not Starbucks corporate. We are with target so we have to buy our own inventory, which is why we charge for milk which you didn't ask for. We only make your drink the way you order it and since you didn't say you wanted milk we didn't put milk in it." Excuse me! If your menu is different then you guys should've stated that before I ordered because I don't have this issue at any other target Starbucks. If the menu is different then you need to tell the customers because we assume that corporate Starbucks or not the menu is still the same! It's too early to be f****** fighting over 2% milk. Never coming here for Starbucks again! Rude a** people.

We waited like 20 mins and typically I don’t care bc I get it , it gets busy but how’s the 2 barista going to talk about her bf and plans all night instead of taking orders ?

Lazy, rude baristas that don't want to do their JOB and make drinks as the person ordered them. Any modifications are always ignored.

I almost never feel the need to yelp but my experience here was not very great. I ordered a simple hot white chocolate. I repeated it twice and I noticed she didn't listen the first so I made sure to say white chocolate after I finished my size. I went back 40 minutes before closing and she said they had already closed and she cleaned up already. I on one hand know it doesn't take that long to clean one hot tin after using it. This was the worst experience ever. She didn't offer to remake the drink another day or offer a refund for making my drink wrong. She didn't say sorry just that she had already cleaned up. I am never going to order a drink from here again. This is the worst service ever and I was the only customer in the last 20 minutes.

Have noticed there is a big difference in the workers at a normal Starbucks than at a Starbucks in a Target. Much calmer and easy going. It probably doesn't get as hectic. Ordered a nonfat sugar free vanilla latte. The workers were super nice and easy to talk to. The order was made and ready very fast! The drink was very good! Great service! Great drink! Highly recommended!
