Such a cute boutique, the owner and staff are always so friendly. I ordered two customized t-shirts for my daughter the turn around time was fast and the quality of the print is so good! Also, love their bow selection, it's my go to for any occasion.

I needed to get my daughter jazz and tap shoes and wanted to go somewhere to try them in person. The owner greeted us with a smile and was so helpful and attentive and just soooo nice! She had so much patience as we had had to try on various sizes of the jazz shoes until we found the right pair for my daughter. Her store can get me in a lot of trouble because I want to buy everything for my daughter! The shoes were reasonably priced and matched if not beat what I saw on Amazon. We walked away with the shoes and a good selection of bows. They're so cute! I love that she does spirit wear too and will be back when my daughter needs to get stuff for school.

I have shopped at Sugar & Spice for 6 years. I have gone there for everything for my daughter since she was born. I can’t imagine how much money I’ve spent there. In the months before COVID, I bought $250 worth of dance outfits for my (then) 3 year old. I had just enrolled her before the world got shut down. I kept the outfits in a drawer, hoping places would reopen again soon. Now almost two years later, I was able to get her into dance classes again. I called the owner a few months ago and told her about all the dance outfits from two years ago and she said they would be absolutely fine to exchange as long as the tags were on. Great! I went to the store today, gathered my new items in her size, and walked up to the checkout. The employee said they could not exchange them. I asked to speak to the owner and the employee said she was in a meeting but that she “asked her” and the owner said no. I explained again that I spoke with the owner myself. Then she said, “Well she shouldn’t have told you that.” As if she had ANY say about what an owner of a business tells their customers. I was absolutely shocked and I left. I will not be returning and will tell others about my experience. I have never had a problem with the owner or her store, but this was not okay.

Have been coming to this shop since it 1st opened!! Love it, love the products, love the employees, love the workers!!! Miko has helped with cou these personalized product and has such a beautiful soul!! Love this place and now travel 3+ hrs to visit since I moved out of the area!!

Cute designs, but products don't last. Purchased a face mask and the design started coming off after 2 days. Contacted the shop and they have not replied.

I had recently contacted the store about purchasing face mask for my son. The lady I talked to told me she had just gotten new material to make more and would send me pictures of the new ones she had. So she sent me only one in paw patrol and my little one loves paw patrol and she didn't send me any others like she said she would. I messaged her back advising her we would take 2 paw patrol and if she could cash app, invoice me or whatever she needed so I could make payment for them. I never heard back from her at all after the message. I sent her 3 follow up texts asking how I make payment and absolutely no response from her. I'm very disappointed with this because masks are had to find for children and she never came through with contacting me back about how to bill me, or even say I have some masks in stock you can see by picture and purchase that way. I'm very disappointed overall and yet still can't find any masks to fit my child. This is a sad way to do busy.

Best place to buy tap and jazz shoes. If they do not have it in stock they will order and text when they are in. I purchased the wrong size and they were very professional about me swapping out for the correct size. Always great customer service too!

I just came in for the first time after living around the corner for 2 years! The owner is soooo sweet and their clothes and accessories are very reasonably priced compared to online boutiques. I wish I found them sooner, but they will be our go to from now on for many different occasions.
