I like being able to check in online, as it simplifies things. Lauren was awesome with both my kiddos, especially my youngest, who is very particular about some things. She had to step away to assist another stylist and informed us it would be just a moment, which was appreciated! They both look authority handsome for their first day of school. 10/10.
