It took me way too long to learn my lesson and stop giving this place a chance. Feels like you get what you ask for one in ever 4 or 5 visit. Stylists here don’t listen to directions and will cut your hair several inches too short every time. I left today trying less hard than normal to hide my tears. SAVE YOUSELF FIND SOMEOME ELSE. Edit: came back to say after further inspection, my final haircut here was SIGNIFICANTLY WORSE than I initially believed. There is absolutely no way my stylist paid any attention to the reference photo I used, which was even a photo of myself immediately after the only non embarrassing haircut I recieved from the same super cuts just 2 months prior. I’m insanely appalled at the services they provided me.

The worst haircut EVER!! Took my daughter in to get a trim, her hair was down past her waist, left there and it was at her bra strap length. We asked for 1 -11/2 inch trim, Marcelus Bettancourt, the stylist, took off 6!!!! So choppy, the sides were 2 different lengths, the guy should be fired, seriously. I was refunded my money, but the damage is already done!

First time at this supercuts at Herndon. Had signed in for 900 wait was very short. Emma was my stylist very pleasant, my pixy cut needed a trim, she did a very nice job. Will be back for my next trim in a few weeks.
