The hairdresser made it known that she didn’t want to be at work or maybe she was busy when I walked in, because the place was empty when I arrived.Not much was said during the haircut and I understand it’s just a haircut so conversation is optional.I don’t come off as rude or mean to anyone.I genuinely want to find a hairdresser at a location that I can continue to go to.Short sentences and a demeanor of the person cutting your hair is a red flag of how good the experience will be and haircut.As I’m getting my haircut another customer walks in, suddenly the hairdresser has a smile and a full greeting is given.As for me, it was “do you have a reservation? Name?”Cool. I get it.As I’m leaving, the hairdresser greets the other customer by name, happier in her tone, more up and full of life, greets customer by name.It just looks wrong and poor excuse for trying to earn new customers and business.I could’ve waited if I was asked someone was coming in that she was waiting for.I have no problem with communication.

First time with Emma and she was so great! Very friendly and easy to talk to. I've been wanting to play with managing my curls more and she was able to gear me into the right direction in regards to products and techniques to use. Will come again ?

Definitely wouldn’t suggest.Employees walk around with a scowl (you would to cutting hair for min wage) , haircuts take 2x to 3x than a normal (every employee is new due to turnover), saw the two guys ahead of me get up with a substantial amount of redness on their scalps.Pay the extra $5 and drive a few blocks down the Great American Barbershop.

Not completely horrible but not the best… still disappointed not gonna lie.Appreciate got us in quick. I don’t think the service we received was worth the price. I will never ever go back. Ashley cut my sons hair. I wouldn’t recommend for young children to go here.Yes he is squirmy. He’s 3 lol.I just don’t think she was very child friendly. “Don’t move or I might cut myself and I won’t be able to continue cutting your hair” lol do you think he really fully comprehends that statement?Just very off putting ??♀️There were patches and long hairs I had to cut myself at home.Whack. But ultimately my bad I should have booked him at my hubbys barber.

Made an appointment for hair style arrived 10 minutes before the appointment waited for 20 minutes then the employee said that we don’t have any appointments!!!!she was rude NEVER AGAIN ??

This location is awful and dirty. The manager Hope is incredibly rude. The other employee was nice, but got awful customer service from the manager. Go somewhere else! You really do get what you pay for.

Rude staff, won't even acknowledge that you walked in or say one word to you if you're brown. Heavier set lady with black hair is rudest one of all and has the nastiest demeanor. Apart from the lack of service the place looks like it's falling apart especially considering the area it's in. Go to a different super cuts
