The car wash itself is fine. My car/truck gets as clean as any other automatic car wash. But I have 2 main complaints.
#1This car wash in particular requires you to make a very tight turn to get into the track, which is nearly impossible to fully make in a fully size truck.
#2 the self scan and self pay is now gone from 2 of the lanes, which means I have to go to the cashier for a wash using my share card. This lane is the only lane that ever has a line of cars in it and makes it take significantly longer for me to get a car wash.
There used to be a self scan/self pay in two of the lanes, but these are now gone and I don't understand why.

Make sure you get what you're paying for at this location. Just went through and waited 10 minutes for a wash. Paid for #1 & received a $4. I went to the kid to show him and he sent me back through only to get another basic wash.

After going through the car wash a few days ago, i exited the wash and my tire monitor light was on. Pulled into the vacuum area and my tire was completely flat. The valve stem was torn and literally hanging there. Filed a report with attendant and was told that i eouldvrecoa call from manager early the next day. Never heard back so i called. They said it was being reviewed. A few hours later heard back and said it was denied. Video showed previous damage.
Thus is impossible. Tires are less than a month old. No previous damage to tire. The stem was ripped by their guide rail system.
I am pursuing this further up the management chain.
Avoid this establishment as they will not deal honestly with you.
I’ve tried to speak with the manager and owner. They don’t return calls . Poor business tactics

Paid for Ultimate car wash and got Epic, which is two grades lower than what I paid for. Long line , people probably complaining about same thing.

All the negative reviews in my experience are true. They also won't let you cancel your membership in person or over the phone anymore. They used to. Now it's up to the shady website. There's no reason for that other than personal unaccountability.

Used to be decent but now I'm unable to use either of the express lanes with a prepaid membership. You're forced to wait in the lane where they are up selling washes and waiting for credit card transactions to process. When it's busy sometimes you'll have to wait 20+ minutes and there's no way to escape the line and turn around.

New policy forces 5 washes per month members to go through the same line as people who are purchasing a single wash, much longer waits!

I used to like this location. Today I found out the self serve kiosks to scan your prepaid card are removed. Now I have to have a staff member scan my card. Apparently people were fraudulently misusing the bar code scanners so now the scanners are gone. They used to use soft brushes to scrub the windshield and front grill before entering the wash area. Now all they do is spritz some soapy solution on my windshield. After the wash was done I had to wipe so many still dirty spots off my car and windows. Then I find the vacuuming station had poor suction. One didn't work at all and the other 2 I tried were really weak. I had to go home and use my home vacuum cleaner to finish the job. After I finish my prepaid card balance I will go elsewhere. This was the worse encounter I have had here.

Very unprofessional. Took my car to get washed using my monthly membership. Well in the car wash the tail of my car fell off. An incident report was taken and nothing has been done to fix it or attempt to fix it nor have they even tried contacting me. I’ve contacted them via email and phone. I’ve left several messages with people who answer for the manager still no response. Very disappointed.

There were three lanes: member, member and cashier. I got into the line for cashier. It was a very long line. Employee Lacy proced to call people coming in from the back of the line to the member line that were not members. After about the 10th car to go ahead of me (that just came in) I asked her why she was pulling cars from the back of the line instead of cars that have been waiting longer. She replied it was the easiest way to move cars. I replied it was bad customer service. She then said I'm not going to talk to you if your going to be rude and walked away. I still think this was a poor choice way to treat the people waiting in the "correct lane". Maybe some training for her on customer service. It's better to be understanding when a customer tries to voice a concern vs getting defensive.

They have a young crew, so I'll be modest. I did subscribe to the highest package, and when I get my car washed, it continuously tells me that I only received the epic wash. That's about a $15- $20 difference in service. Why am I paying $40 to receive a lower package??

What happened to the self pay? This new system is slowing everything down and causing way too much stress on staff and customers!! Poor employee today was yelled at and treated badly because of management’s dumb decision to replace the self pay system with attendant pay!! Put back the old style and cut your staff a break. Not to mention your customers who now have to wait. Maybe time to go to Red Carpet again.
