Its okay. They never get the bird poop. Edit today one scrubber boy the other was in the middle of the bat with thumb up butt doing nothing.Adding before after pictures end pics are after you can still see bird poop.

Very disappointed had to go thru twice. 1st time left soap on it and 2nd time front of car still have mosquitoes. So the workers thar scrub don't do a good job and the car wash either... too bad because they do have alot of customers and I hope this only happen to me.

Overall great. Never exit with a dry car unlike like Ride & shine. And they charge for the mat cleaner but free at Ride & Shine.

First time I have ever taken my car to the car wash and it will be the last time unless I am desperate. Cleaned the top, and sides. Not the bottom. Left water on my car. The vacuum hoses are good for major spots, but not harder to reach spots. I clean my car better at home. Just my opinion.

I keep coming back hoping this time it’d be a different outcome, but I always leave disappointed. Workers there don’t even effort in scrubbing your car. Car might look the same when you come out of the “car wash”. SMH

Couldn't get simple water marks off my car went through twice with the heat wash then when speaking to management was told that the best she could do was spray some water on it.

It didn't wash my car...it wet my car after violently grabbing onto the left wheels of and pushing me through the wash....the only thing I was thinking the whole time is "thankfully I haven't done my alignment yet!" My car never dried until I got on the freeway, then when I finally stopped to look at the car, there was like black gummy stuff flung all over my car, it actually looked like it had scratches everywhere until I tried to scrape the mystery gunk off.

Paid for their best car wash. And they could not even clean bug marks on my windshield. When complained "Annabel " rather than showing any concern mentioned its our policy. I was in rush and there was a long line. I did not had time to keep doing this again and again. Horrible customer service. The Manager could not provide any solution just was smiling like its funny.

04/14/23 I paid 17$ for a wash and the workers that pre scrub did not do much like the location in tulare & selma they do a better job honestly then when i was out i still had soap on my mirrors and truck like they speed it up during heavy traffic, horrible experience… the vacuums where weak too! And the ones to blow air also weak air pressure i was very disappointed

OMG! Please open one in Morgan Hill! I BEG you... you make a killing here, promise! There are no good car washes anywhere near. Try Main St and Monterey where the old brewery used to be. Perfect location!

Had 3 car wash memberships. Production car, for convenience to get your car wash quickly, thats the only reliable thing. Had my Mercedes membership for the longest. Had the platinum wash, down graded to the epic wash. Their wheel brushes scratches your vehicle. Just downgraded and didn't complain, just took cared of it myself, polished it, still visible surface scratches. Lived with it. Other vehicle is the kids pup pup, no big deal, it washed the vehicle good enough. Biggest mistake, added my brand new truck to the memberships. Literally my first wash was at surfthru, however I noticed some nicks on wheel moldings, no big deal. I can live with that, through span of 3 months. My last wash was very disappointing, scratched the heck out of all my wheel moldings. Truck is too new to look rough up. File claim damage at night with a supervisor when it was in the evening (dark), not sure his photos would show it, so he told me to come back in the morning to show the manager zee, took time to stop in the morning. Got there, another assist me, told him i was here to see the manager zee, the supervisor went back for about 10mins, came back and the supervisor informed me since the damage claim is already done, theirs not a need for the manager. Even after I asked for him by name. The manager zee didn't come out to address anything. So i left, since it was not convenient for the manager. waited 2 weeks and didn't hear back from anyone. So I followed up with online inquiry, amazing i the manager zee called same day and told me my damage claim is being denied. Said there's no way his brushes damages vehicle, didn't know he was a damage expert? Made an another inquiry online, no one ever reached out to me in regards. Shows how much they value their customers. Seems like, they only want your money. Bottom line cancelled all 3 of my memberships(member since 2015). To their manager zee who is the face of the company, its not just about talking to customers when everything is ok, asking how the wash is. It's also about taking care of your customers concerns professionally when theres an issue and working with them to resolve it. Should have at least ask to bring my vehicle back to address it in person before making his determination base off photos taken at night. Good luck to the ppl who still take their vehicles there. I've posted some pictures, keep in mind, I've only driven it to work and back. Trucks never even made it to the mountains or will it ever see off road action. I don't like giving one stars. But this is a definite 1 with being the lowest i can give. Never had to file a damage claim, but if you do, good luck.

Been going here a while. The young people here are super nice and helpful. Only one issue.... I pay $35 for 5 washes per month. I might use 1-3 of them each month. My other car has a dedicated pass for unlimited in the one car and that's $20. So $55 they're making off me. Yesterday I went in and they said they are not giving out the little clip air fresheners, they're $1. So silly to get cheap on customers like that. I'm gonna cancel the dedicated wash pass because they're forcing me to rethink what I'm doing here. I'm guessing they will lose a lot of customers.

So I purchased the unlimited car washes... at 1st had no problems. The next thing I know, every time I go in, they say I canceled my account! I ask well if I did, why am I being charged every month for this? They give me a hard time constantly. I even paid a few times just not to have an issue and hold up the line! 1 yr later, a young lady finally took the time to help and found the issue... I still paid for over a year and paid cash for a few car washes and not one. We are sorry! we will compensate you for our mistake! Nothing!! So I renewed it and the next day it starts to rain!!!
