Store is clean, but there are employees buzzing around everywhere and they won’t open the other 6 dressing rooms! We are a line 5 people deep who want to try stuff on, but have to wait over 30 min just to try on a pair of jeans! Super annoying! I asked them if they could open the other rooms and they said no. No reason for that!

Had to return an air fryer as it never worked when I got it. I had already thrown the box away. Called customer service and as long as I had the receipt or my red card they could look it up. Took it to guest services and they issued me a refund with no problem.

New self checkout rule is terrible. Just had a little over ten items and only two registers open full of people with full carts. What should have been a quick target run took much longer. It was a very frustrating experience. I don’t think I’ll be coming back

Items chosen for pickup were all there in about an hour, pick up was easy, the young man who brought my bags out was professional, polite, kind. Recommend Target pick up.. plus no minimum amount!

This was the worst target I’ve ever been inside. The clothes in both men’s and women’s clearance sections were strewn all over the floor and packed so tightly on the racks you couldn’t view anything. Clothes were littered on the floor and in the pathways. It was an actual mess.

What a joke. I call 4 times to get in contact today at 9:14am asking the electronic department for a make and model of a product and the guy continues to mock me. Then he proceeds to call me bro 5 times and sounds like he's high. I'll drive to Herndon instead of dealing with these clowns. It always seems that they have goof balls working this store.

Very unfriendly and biased in every way known I spent over 500 with them on a bike and laptop I’m visiting here from Bakersfield. I rode my new bike up Shaw turned right on villa and my handlebars on my brand new bike completely slid through and caused me to fall and almost get killed by a driver. So I went to Home Depot because they wouldn’t let me set my bike on the inside so it wasn’t stolen, I bought Allen keys from Home Depot learning that the bikes handle bars were stripped so the bike is no longer able to ride almost died fell in a puddle of water thanks a lot.

By far dirtiest Target I've ever been too. The displays for items are toppled over and everything is tossed around. Looks like the place was trashed and no one cleaned up ever! Pretty gross.
