Absolutely outstanding service at this UPS Store! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I was taken care of quickly, and they made the entire process. packing, shipping, and answering my questions, completely stress-free. Everything was handled with care and professionalism, and my package arrived exactly as promised. It’s rare to find customer service this consistent and reliable. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.

Absolutely HATE their ID policy. I have a picture of my ID. It is my face on the photo. And they won’t release the package. If I was an impersonator stealing someone’s package, why would I have her face, her name, her email address , the package tracking number, and proof of purchase, and the email, and the same phone number associated with the package. Idiotic. Yeah punish package thiefs by implementing a useless rule.

They are very rude and charge me for a bag , but I had already had my stuff in a bag and they wouldn’t let me return my stuff because they wanted it in their bag!! The lady wasn’t even nice about it, just rude
