Why is it so hard to have a delivery person do their damn job right? I guess being on your phone is more important the following instructions. God if I could have it my way I'd make sure to never use this company. Unfortunately people tend to think other wise. Y'all's drivers can't read instructions? Maybe it's time for new managers too!!

BEST SERVICE! We live closer to the Herndon and Fowler location, but after multiple issues there and the worst customer service we choose to go a little out of our way. Every time we have been at this location we are always greeted as soon as we walk in and rarely have to wait more than a couple minutes.

What in the hell has happened to UPS?? I’d ordered from Amazon and this was the worst experience! The driver didn’t follow delivery instructions 2 days in a row. This was a gift so I told them to please hold the package at the store. I answered all the clerk's questions and she requested to speak with the person who was receiving the gift? Then, asked them for authorization to release the package to me. 🤷♀️ I hope I do not have to deal with UPS again!

.25 cents for black and white copies is crazy. Most people charge 10 to 20 cents at most. Everything above that is color. I should have just stuck to the one by my house who charges 15 cents. Ups stores need to do better than to allow everyone to charge whatever they want

This is quite possibly the worst UPS stores in the country. First time I was here I was lied to. The man working there said that the service i requested was not something they did. Then, the woman worker there came and performed said service. Second time I was there, the same thing happened.
