“I was impressed how big, clean and spacious this tire stores was. It's very different than the Clovis location. The customer service was excellent. I was surprised when I was told that my tire pressure "fault" was due to old sensors when it actually turned out to be a reconnection issue. I will downgrade my review if I come out of there with under/over inflated tires after my rotation though. This keeps happening at the Clovis location.”

“I bought 4 new new tires last week from Les Schwab and my tire pressure light came on so I came back to get it repaired but they had no appointments available for 2 weeks and if I waited as a walk-in, I was looking at a 2 1/2 hour wait. So I called their other locations and it was the same wait time. I decided to call Americas Tire Co and thy said the wait was also 2 hrs. Then I remembered that J&J’s tires had done amazing work for me b4, so I cruised over to J&J’s and found that there was no leak and Les Schwab had not properly inflated my new tires. It took maybe 10 mins for J&J to inspect my tires and fill all 4 tires to the proper PSI. I just think how crazy it would’ve been if I waited anywhere else for them to tell me that there was no leak. I have been coming to J&J for years and never had a bad experience, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!”

“Mac's Tire Pros don't just do tires, so give them a call for other car care needs! I was first referred to them for an alignment with no following issues (I've had bad alignments before, but not here). I then reached out to see if they would help me diagnose a noise, and it started off as a "Customer states" situation, but soon after reproducing the noise, my tech Josh was very persistent to figuring out the cause of the noise. Unfortunately, it's nothing now three people couldn't figure out (and they're all experienced), but he had given some great tips and what to consider and watch for. The shop is full of kindness and they took care of my car care needs for the past three visits for various and follow-up things. This is my place to go.”
