Just got off the phone with the manager Ryan this is the second time he called me the first time I forgot to call him back so I appreciate him following up.

I told him there’s no need for a refund or anything Because they did make me aware of a torn front axle boot that I was not aware of so when I took it to JEEP to have the axle boot replaced under warranty, they ended up taking care of the rear suspension issues for me and the car felt a whole lot better.

Overall, as always, the customer service with this good guy’s location is amazing. I still recommend them and hope this is a one time occurrence like I believe it is.

Sorry guys I have to update my review as far as quicker the turnaround time to get my car back was very fast. But after having to take my car to my local Jeep dealership, I found out why. I’ll spare the details but overall the suspension was left all out of whack after the alignment tire rotation, and balancing job that I had good guys do. I know you guys have a lot of great reviews and I’m sure you live up to it. This is probably a one off situation as far as everyone I spoke with there and dealt with they were great, but I knew something was wrong the minute I drove off the lot with my car. And when I called in to inquire about what I was feeling on the road, they said it just takes time that it would feel different after everything I had done that day. But after taking it to JEEP, I found out that is not the case. I recommend that extra quality checks be done just to avoid this for any other customers in the future”

PLEASE support JJ’s .... This is hands-down one of the nicest and most reliable tire shops I’ve ever been to in California!

JJ’s is incredible. I got a nail in my tire and urgently needed help. Other shops refused to patch it and pressured me to spend over $200 on a single new tire. I was in tears and didn’t know what to do. By some miracle, a quick Google search led me to JJ’s. He looked at my tire and gave me an honest assessment. Not only did he patch it, but he also showed me the real issue—my front tire was so worn that the wiring was showing. He found me a used tire in excellent condition, fixed the problem, and patched the other tire as well.

He was caring, straightforward, and had everything done in under half an hour—for just $100. I left feeling blown away and incredibly grateful. I’ll definitely be coming back for more tires, because mechanics like JJ deserve our support.

Bottom line, I recommend JJ 100% for his unbeatable prices, efficient service, and genuine kindness.”

“TL;DR: I had a wonderful experience after deciding on lifting my jeep + the team found a huge safety issue due to tires being installed incorrectly at a different shop down the street AND they fixed it.

Colby was super awesome and helped me significantly. He was super friendly and approachable. The options for lifts are a bit overwhelming for a first timer. I told Colby what I was trying to achieve and he built out a kit with options for bilstein vs fox. Les Schwab has an awesome warranty on the shocks as well that comes with the kit/service. Once the stuff came in, I was basically able to get everything installed the next day! It did indeed take the full day so plan accordingly.

Something I was not expecting to be told was that my new tires/wheels that had just been mounted via the extreme terrain tire service package (comes with purchasing a set of tires/wheels from them) barely had the lug nuts on. It was 50/50 that they would fit when I brought them to the shop who would do the service. They said they fit no problem. Turns out that was crazy wrong and sent me home with tires that were threatening to come off unbeknownst to me. My steering was a little weird and I actually was thinking the alignment they did allegedly was a scam (lol). Thank god Colby and RJ found this out. I drive my 6 month old around in this jeep! I was horrified! (And relieved I didn’t need a steering stabilizer like the jeep forums were suggesting after mounting 35’s. I swear I’m not an idiot).

Anyways the cost was moderate and well worth it. I seriously regret not just buying my tires and wheels through Les Schwab as well. They’ve always done a great job on my other vehicles. I’ve literally never had a poor experience with Les Schwab. Matter fact I had a different lug nut issue with my Hyundai that the Lithia Hyundai service department thought they could fix by just drilling out the locked lug nuts (they lost the key) and they sent me on my way. Well at 9 months pregnant I wasn’t firing on all cylinders and I neglected to check the work before leaving. Surely they wouldn’t be so negligent and stupid to send a customer, let alone a pregnant one, home with missing lugs in each tire right? Wrong. Talk about a full circle moment lol.

I ordered my new tires online on Sunday and received them at the warehouse on Tuesday morning. Since I had already placed the order, I attempted to book an appointment for installation, but it was scheduled for next week. However, I called the Clovis Costco Tire Service Center and inquired if I could come in the same day. The person on the phone confirmed that I could drop off my car and that the installation would take approximately 3 to 5 hours. I arrived at the center, dropped off my car, and was pleasantly surprised to find that the installation process was completed in just under an hour.
