Couldn't get anyone in the office to answer the phone. Can't get in to walk into the office because the gate is shut. Drive 2 hours to look at rentals and this was the only one that wouldn't let me in for a tour. Good luck people.

Yvette and this management system is horrible!!! They will take all your initial deposit and pet deposit! Even if the unit has little to normal wear and tear they will still screw you for your money. Currently filing a lawsuit against Yvette personally and the company!! Yvette used a cleaning service that her friend runs with no license and they get together and charge and steal from the tenants moving out. DO NOT MOVE HERE BAD COMMUNICATION AND WHEN YOU WANT TO SPEAK TO A REAL SUPERVISOR THERES NO CONTACT NUMBER OR NO ONE TO SPEAK TO SO THESE SO CALLED PROPERTY MANAGEMENTS DO AS THEY PLEASE!!I'm pretty sure that review with four stars is her friend too!! There's no phone issues and Yvette her self told me she didn't need no one to help her cause it was easy what she does!!! SO STOP LYING YOURE NEVER IN THE OFFICE CAUSE YOURE LAZY!!!!!

this place is horrible to live on and the lady so call manager it's never available never answers and when you reach her and ask for a supervisor she gives you her friends number and they both play games wit you so unprofessional run people!!!!!

So far I am having a good experience! They are pricier and their one bedroom apartments are not the greatest but their 2 bed 2 bath units are very nice. The manager there is supper nice , hard to get ahold of by the office phone but she always answers her emails pretty quickly. I think the phone issue is due to her being the only manager and on-site person there. The way they go about things so far is way better than other experiences I've had at other apartments. Also it's in a very nice area of Clovis and it's gated and single story with washer and dryer in unit is all pluses!!

My family and I feel safe living here great neighbors friendly manager walking distance to groceries and Cox elementary school I absolutely love love this place it's all worth paying a little extra to stay here.

I love this place i feel safe and not to mention the cleanness of inside the apt as well as the outside well maintained yard great neighbors mostly elderly and family with kids most I've met single parent I guess it safe to live alone , my kids enjoy the the swimming pool and the lounge area n the freedom of riding thier bic areound the neighborhood alone , my dogs enjoy going to thier little play area truly I'd recommend anyone who's with kids to move in, such peaceful and quite place compare to other apts I've lived in. The manager is so sweet and friendly and honest she is on top of her job I've nothing to complain other than to say I love everything about this place.
