Decent hotel room with a laundry room, which was a plus due to a long road trip. The shower pressure was lacking, it looked like the bathroom had not been vacuumed, and the walls are thin. The air conditioning was top notch with the heat.

Upon arrival to a cleaned(?) room: Housekeeping, especially in kitchen, was poor. They left a used sponge for use, a dirty dish rag (appeared clean until I picked it up & saw what looked like red sauce of some kind on the underside of it), & the sink was obviously not cleaned well - again, as evidenced by the red dots on the towel & the green, dried yuck on the sink (see pictures). Additionally, in the bathroom, we used two tissues & the next tissue popped up blue (Kleenex) to indicate replacement was needed soon. However, used two more tissues & the box was empty. There was not a new box to replace it; had to call down to get one.

The hotel room was spacious and the facilities seemed fairly new, but cleanliness was a major issue. There were blood stains on the hairdryer and black smudges on the conditioner bottle, which made me uncomfortable using them. Surprisingly, there was a loud party happening in the hotel lobby with dozens of people eating and drinking both in the lobby and around the pool. The gym was filled with kids running and playing, making it unusable for exercise. Overall, while the room had potential, the lack of cleanliness and poor management of public spaces really impacted the experience.

Poor room insulation. Lot of noise of people walking in the hallway and in adjacent or upper floors throughout the day and night. Couldn’t sleep due to that. Breakfast was provided but was below average.

To the General Manager:
Your Front Desk associate needs to be retrained. It should be completely understood that the Marriott app will only allow guests with certain elite status (aka Lifetime Gold) to check in more than 24 hours prior to arrival. I'm not a fan of wasting my time explaining to Marriott associates how the app/status allows early check-in. He initially stated no rooms, then miraculously found a king studio available *after* explaining how app functionality works according to one's status. As you know, the Front Desk sets the tone for the stay. This was an abject failure. To be fair, this is a franchise and NOT a corporate property. There are better Marriott-branded properties in the Fresno/Clovis area. Good luck.

Humongous rooms! I had a full living room and bedroom. Hotel was clean and quiet aside for this light ticking coming from the smoke alarm above the bed that was a tad annoying. Fitness center open 24/7. Standard hotel breakfast is included. Super close to Fresno airport.

I hate to say this but this was the worst hotel service I have ever received, was lied to by the front counter dude about there being a big concert, that they were fully booked and that's why they couldn't move me to the 2nd or 3rd floor, a horrible stay

Lovely rooms with kitchens. Paper thin walls so bring earplugs. Lots of families here. Very clean and organized. We ate at a really nice restaurant nearby, The Craft House, about a mile away. Highly recommended.
