The manager there “kylie” was very rude. My husband went in the morning and bought A geese. I thought my baby would be lonely so we went in again to buy another one but apparently by law we weren’t allowed to just buy one is what kylie told us and she said it was morning shifts mistake and she still only wanted to sell us 2 desipte us already purchasing only 1 three hours prior. I told her i had my receipt and she still didn’t care. I called customer service and they told me kylie was not the manager there! Till this day im still waiting for a call back from the ACTUAL manager!

Each year we try to order pellet stove pellets from TSC. Each year it's a problem. We order a pallet delivered each time. Only 2 options: Place order in store or go on line. On line is worthless. They don't even list the product. I want them delivered because I don't want to go to the store. Thanks

i really want to give this place more stars because employees here are super friendly..however, having said that, i was disappointed in the assistance of ONE that helped me. first, the pros: 1. selection of specialty dog food is excellent. our dog has a sensitive stomach so seeing their selection of dog food for canines with gastro issues was great. they also have medication for canine stomach issues. 2. dog bed selection & quantity is better than petsmart & petco combined. 3. unique gifts for little ones is plentiful here: animal pet spa, animal barn, horse related quality toys, quality dumpster truck type toys, etc. now, the cons: 1. lights were too dim. it's way too dark in this store. 2. a lot of empty shelves in the middle section of the store. made it feel like a ghost town in certain sections. it's barely december & the christmas items were 25% off but you'd think it was ransacked by day after christmas shoppers competing for the same items at 75% off. they had christmas decor sprawled through front & mid section of store but lots of empty spaces. there was a tree ornament i really liked but ONE ear was GONE. so when the employee walked by i asked if there are any others somewhere else. he said he could give me the cow with the missing ear at a discount (it's $4.99). no thanks. he pulled out some device & checked. he said, "it says there are 4 in stock." (okay, cool!!) - then he said, "but honestly, all 4 have probably already been STOLEN." (what???). didn't even bother checking back stock. just, 'all 4 have been stolen.' really?! FOUR. okkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk. i wanted to tell him, "you're full of sht & too lazy to check is all." but what good would that do? nothing. it would just get me more irritated, would've spoiled my christmas spirit & i probably wouldn't have bought the items i came in there to get in the first place: specialty dog food for my dog with gastro issues.

Bought a faulty Pit Boss, couldn’t get anywhere with the manufacturer, went into Tractor Supply; and they were friendly and receptive to the problem , and gladly exchanged our smoker for a new one. The manager Lisa was great to work with. Highly recommend shopping here if you value great customer service and a company that will stand behind the products they sell, even when the manufacturer won’t.

Adan helped us out tonight with all of our questions, even offered to check other locations for our needs after checking everywhere at this one. This man deserves a raise! I never shop at tractor supply but we will be coming back great customer service

Always have great food options for this cutie. They do also have baby chicks and ducks there that you can buy. They also have great gardening supplies, fruit/vegetable plants, cute farm toys/books and lawn decorations.

Purchased a new Even Embers gas grill for Father's day. The employees at the store were great. Helpful and courteous.Once home with the grill set up. I noticed a dent/chip in the porcelain coated lid. Shipping damage, but still usable for the weekend. Instructions stated to contact customer support and not to return to the store. I contacted Even Embers support via email. Jordan was my customer service contact. He was great, had a new lid sent out in no time. All around a great experience.
