I scheduled a truck for pick up through the uhaul website, and called the day before to confirm. When I arrived, my truck was already staged and ready to go!! Despite the heat and a holiday, the staff was professional and courteous. I was so impressed with them! Above and beyond

Only come here if you absolutely HAVE to, last resort. Thankfully the traffic department at Uhaul was the BIGGEST life saver, shouts out to them! I would highly recommend calling them and transferring to the traffic department at uhaul they can see things that other small uhaul locations can’t see. Truth is the lady at the counter could actually try and smile and say hello when a new person walks in. The sign posted “be nice or leave” sure makes everyone feel welcomed

If I could give them a zero star I would. I went toRent a U-Haul and I have never been treated so poorly in my life. The woman that works there is rude and condescending. I will never rent fromThem Again!!!

I've been renting both a uhaul truck and trailer here for several years. I like how it's family owned and operated. Both the husband and wife are always so kind. It's my go-to local uhaul store. The service is prompt and they've always been friendly to me. Their dog is sweet too that will hang out in the store sometimes.

I had a great experience yesterday while securing my in-town moving truck. They were very helpful and accommodating. Checking the truck back in was also a breeze. I will definitely come back to this location on Sunnyside if I need the use of a truck in the future!

Racist to white people. We called and asked if they had a cargo van available. The lady on the phone said " yes we do". We walked to the address (about 10 min). When we arrived all of a sudden she doesn't have a cargo van. I don't appreciate my time being wasted and we were extremely inconvenienced.

My experience with this location was not the best. They had the truck on time but added additional fees to the gas. Not very communicative at all. I would recommend a different U-Haul facility.
